DDE confirmation ?

i ordered the DDE w/ my AP discount and did not receive an email confirmation. i called and talked to Rosa and she sent me an email, but it had nothing to do with the DDE or confirmation of my order. should i call again or am i not supposed to get an actual confirmation? my cc has not been charged yet either.

You should have a confirmation. I spoke w/Rosa a few weeks ago and she sent one right away. You should call again.
 
email/call her back and ask to have one mailed to your home, if you have the time to do so. i never received the first email and the one she sent had a virus. your card will not be charged til the actual DDE is issued. good luck! :earboy2: :wave:
