DDE card - shipping

We have AP's but we also live overseas. If we order a DDE card, will it be shipped to us or will we collect it on arrival? Hopefully there will be no restrictions on people buying from overseas as we'll save a packet.

They will be shipped to the UK. I ordered mine weeks ago and my credit card still hasn't been debited. Starting to get a little bit concerned as we leave the UK 5 weeks today. Having said that, the CM I spoke with did ask when I would be visiting.
