DDE Card Question

I have an annual pass that expires next month. I am not going to WDW until February and will not be renewing my annual pass - Can I purchase the DDE card now before my AP expires and use it in Feb?

Put a different way - Do I need a valid AP when I use the DDE card? Do I have to show the AP when using the DDE card?

Nope! You can purchase it now and it will be good for a year, regardess of the status of your AP.

Not 100% sure on this one. As far as I know you need a voucher or an active AP to get the DDE card. After that I don't think you need to have a current AP. I've never been asked for my AP when using the DDE card. Maine

Buy that DDE card NOW (yes, they will allow you to do so). Not tomorrow, not later today, but now. It'll be in the mail some time next month (probabaly before your AP expires), but you'll have locked it in.

Used my DDE three times this past weekend and saved probably $75-$80...never once was asked for my actual AP. I just always put my Driver's License out with the DDE and my credit card. Can't put my hands on the phone # you need to call but I am sure if you search here you'll find it (that's how I learned about it) What a deal...paid for itself already and i have 11+ more months til it expires!!!!
