Is there such a thing - I saw a reference to it on another post. :confused3

If so, when is it - please don't tell me Christmas week ...:(

Although it already paid for itself I think on our recent 4 day trip, but I'd rather do better than breaking even.

Yes, but it's only eight days of the year. In the Christmas season, it's Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

The others are Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, 4th of July and Thanksgiving Day.

From allears:
Certain restrictions apply during holidays and special events, please check with the restaurant when you make your reservation. Blackout dates include major holidays: Mother's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.

Disney's Dining Experience discount cannot be used in combination with any other discount.

The Disney Dining Experience discount cannot be combined with any other discount or package. This includes events such as Fantasmic Dinner Package, Epcot Food and Wine Festival Events, and Candlelight Dinner Packages.

Thanks all! I appreciate knowing, and I'm glad to hear it's not every day we're there - I was afraid it went along with the wonderful "holiday surcharge" periods!

I can't get to allears on this computer anymore (no, I don't know why - have done a limited investigation on the Mac forums) - so I can never look anything up myself like that without going and getting our other laptop.

Try a different browser, especially if you use aol.

I am also MAC, allears comes up fine in Safari, Firefox, Camino. Would guess Opera would work. Maybe empty cache, reset your browser. Back on topic, we used the DDE last year during the holidays, no issues on the 28th, 29th, etc. Even with the holiday exclusions, it was still a big savings. FWIW.

I was at 1900 Park Fare on Mothers Day and they wouldn't take it because it was a holiday

Thanks all - and for the computer ideas too - I've kind of given up because I've tried everyone of the suggestions. Worked one day, the next it didn't! Mystery. I don't go to allears that much, so it's okay - I do it from one of other computers if I have to - I just like to do most of my Internet stuff on this particular Mac.
