I just got through to DDE!!! Yeah!
BUT, if you are using an AP voucher to get the DDE card make sure you have these #s - 3 letters starting w/ W, 3#s, a date, then N and 3 or 4 more #s.
Confused?? It shold look like this W_ _,###,mo/da/yr,N###(#)

Brant, at DDE, said that I could find these on the back of the AP voucher card, which you have to remove from the voucher letter.

Good luck to all!!!

Good to hear you got through - I also just sent you a PM. In regards to talking to Brant at the DDE office, I had a frustrating conversation with him last week. After telling me that he wouldn't accept the AP voucher (which of course they do), he then said they would, but I had to call him back with a million different letters and numbers as you mentioned. I talked to Rosa yesterday, and all she asked for was the WTS letters and numbers on the back of my green exchange voucher - although she herself was a bit confused about the origin of these numbers as I found out from another thread that the 'W' letters refer to where or how your ticket was processed.

It was nice of you to give specific instructions regarding where these letters and numbers can be found (must remove cards from letter) as I'm sure some people are confused about which codes the DDE office needs for processing.

Glad to hear you got finally got your card, Tiger :earsgirl:

I saw that other thread but all those codes Eeyore was talking about have more to do with actual APs I would think, not vouchers. I can imagine the vouchers only originate from a couple of mailing spots. For instance, I doubt guest services at the parks actually mail any vouchers. So I think it is understable that Ms. Flores had only dealt with one code.

Good point about where the vouchers originate from. I only mentioned it because after having a terrible phone call with Brant @ DDE office last week in reference to the codes, Rosa confused me even further yesterday as she seemed to imply at first that she couldn't accept my voucher. After I sounded quite anxious, she then explained that she could accept it, but she didn't normally see this particular code and that is why she questioned what type of voucher I had in the first place. I thought it was important to mention just as a point of warning for people.

Thanks, Tiger

Tiger926 I didn't get my card yet. I have to call back tomorrow after locating all of those #s. Hopefully I'll get through. Thanks for all of your help. It is always nice to know that others are rooting for us. :)

When I ordered the DDE card in early January all I had was the voucher I bought at the Disney Store. Those vouchers don't have any numbers on the back. I did have the receipt where I bought the AP which had numbers on it. I offered them to the CM I spoke with, but she said she didn't need anything as I would probably be asked for my AP and a photo ID when I used it. In other words other than telling her I had a voucher from the Disney Store I didn't have to give her anything.

Good news - I got through to DDE and was able to order my card once I zipped home and got the correct numbers off of the AP voucher. BTW, it was Brant who helped me and he was very nice. New day, new attitude I guess. :flower:

aubriee - Hmmm... I'm glad you were able to order your DDE. It seems like the AP cards are different depending on where they are purchased from. I'm sure it will work out for all of us. :)

Happy eating all!!
