Happy Saturday. Tennis today, oldest swimming, and HS Chili supper fundraiser tonight. You all have a great weekend.

In my job, its normally 20% less than it needs to be. And make it fit.

There is a joke there. But, I'll avoid it on the family thread.

I've been to Montreal to see a couple of games and have a ticket for a Senators game in January. I also visited the HHOF last March when we were in TO to see the Raptors play.

Never been to NBA game. Maybe one of these years.

I hadn't been to any before last year. Got to see the Heat and Pelicans play Christmas Day in Miami and the Raptors and Hawks in Toronto on March Break.

I've managed to get to at least one game of the 4 major North American sports, hoping for some more.

Wow, I didn't realize it was started that long ago. I haven't been here a year yet, so there's quite a bit of history I've missed out on.

For those not on FB and will be attending the convention, due to circumstances beyond my control, it is about 90% sure I will not be attending. The kid will be there to run but without me (she is trying to see if friends can join her). Sad because this will be the first time I have missed since DDC -1.

Happy Sunday. Another beautiful, quiet morning as everyone is asleep. Too bad it is in the 40s, or I'd be sitting outside. It should make it to 60 by noon. Louisville won, Clemson, Michigan, and Washington lost - so much for the undefeatededs - which I'm hoping Louisville makes it in top 4. Although, it will be difficult to justify going ahead of Clemson, who beat UL earlier in season.

Been to more MLB games than others, and they are the cheapest tickets that I know of. Made it to two Colts games, thanks to my nemesis, which was an amazing experience.

Very entertaining day of football yesterday. Enjoyed being a couch potato and watching the carnage. Plus the Gators won handily.

Everything is OK, I not dying or anything. Just things are falling the wrong way and I am not going to be able to make it. I am hoping it changes and I still can go for at least a couple of days just like last year with you Randall.

Hope all are having a nice weekend. Enjoyed the kids being home for a bit. Got some of the pre Christmas decoration staging done as well as some of the more pain in the backside outdoor high hanging stuff started (Mickey wreaths are up). Had a real nice night sitting outside last night just talking with kids a making s'mores and a few adult beverages. Temps were low but had patio heater going, gas fire table going and and only fashion wood fire pit going along with a blanket here and there.

I love those quiet mornings when everyone else is asleep. I don't sit outside in those temps, but I have gone for an early morning walk and find it refreshing.

Same here. It sounds like a good time, it would be nice to get to one someday. Unfortunately my work schedule won't allow it since I'm back overseas in January.

Yea, Cowboys / Steelers is a good game, hard hitting two traditional teams. Hawks / Canadians start in a minute here and looking forward to the matchup of 2 top teams. Part of me is glad Price is taking the night off but part of me would rather have both top goalies playing.

We just finished putting away Halloween decorations today. DW wants s'mores in her stocking this year ( graham cracker, chocolate, marshmallow), so Santa will provide it. She uses our gas stove to roast the marshmallows.

I love those quiet mornings when everyone else is asleep. I don't sit outside in those temps, but I have gone for an early morning walk and find it refreshing.

I like the cool, crisp air but I can't function enough to walk without coffee. Who knows what house I would walk into.

The missus bought me kit last year from Amazon, with a little can of solid fuel, which works really well.
