Very much enjoyed being able to wash the cars in shorts yesterday. Looks like the same weather outlook today... sunny and 70. I'm sure Mother Nature will love to throw some more snow our way next week as a big reward for this week's warm weather.

But when my Jeep does eventually go to that big scrapyard in the sky, I'm buying a Tacoma, just for this exact reason.

Toyota has changed the Taco very little over the years and there are very few "issues" that can't find some sort of post on. Most have pictures and/or videos. I've never been big on DIY car repairs, but with the amount of information on the web regarding Tacomas, I feel fairly comfortable doing most repairs.

Toyota makes a great vehicle. I'd like to get a Tundra with my next vehicle, but I doubt I can afford it.

Yeah, the Tundra was a bit out of my reach as well. I've got the access cab with the jump seats in the back. Looking back, I wish I had opted for the double cab.

I went on a job today with one of my contractors and he wanted me to put heat in this wood shop.

This literally makes me hurt. Ugh!

Top O the Mornin Dads! Nice start to the week / Monday with power outage while in the shower this morning. Out for about a 1/2 hour. Is it June 2 yet?

Busy few days so just finished catching up. Hope all are healing up. I'm praying that DD and I avoid the cold that DS and SWMBO are enduring. They have been laid up for quite some time and it sounds like a pod of sea lions barking once they start hacking. It is never a good time to get sick but way too much going on this month and with the latest budget news I need to stay on top of my game to make myself look indispensable. This working for a living isn't all I was promised back in the day. Where do I file a complaint?

Hope the family gets better soon and you don't get any of it.
