To be honest, I doubt that will help at all. I've dealt with recruiters most of my career (hiring and employment). You're just a number to them not an individual. If you're the best candidate and you get hired, they make a good payday. If you're not, they don't want to waste a lot of time, because they get bumpkis. I'm not sure if it's different in the non-IT world, but most of the time they can't even be bothered to LOOK at my resume...they simply do a key word search and I get all kind of pings from recruiters that aren't even CLOSE simply because a few words on my resume match.I'm going to be honest with her and tell her that I've not had any luck with recruiters as they've all flaked out on me and stopped returning calls/emails. Hopefully that'll make her work hard for me.
Still my dream/goal to get there. I don't have a bucket list, per se, but if I did, Germany is one of the top. My goal, more so than the beer, is being able to drive fast on the autobahn and see countryside and castles. Yes, I will have a few beers, I'm sure, but real brats and real german potato salad are more appealing. My brother lived in Germany for a few years for work, and my DW and I had gone to visit him. We, being my brother and I, came up with a saying, "At the end of every trail is a biergarten." Loved that country. God it's beautiful...well, in Bavaria it is, didn't see the rest of the country.
I always thought it had the opposite effect.Good way to get your frustrations out.
