We have cardio tennis too, not that I would do that - too much running. What is shot of the day?
It is a lot of running, but I'm still building up my achilles, so its good for me, as they have the rope ladders on the floor.
Shot of the day is where the coach picks 2 shots to focus on for an hour so he designs a drill to do it.
Today was Top Spin Lobs and base line forehands/backands dropping the ball without spin or bunting so the oncoming volleyer has to pick up the volley under the net line.
It's pretty cool because it takes you out of your comfort zone, as he rarely picks something that you should be able to do anyways.
I have full confidence in your ability and your dedication to the task.Yes, October is F&W, like Epcot needs even more food and alcohol to sample. Somehow, I'll prepare to be up to the challenge.
