Kentucky is my team but I didn't mind UConn winning. It was great to see UK make the final and Duke come up quite a bit short.

Speaking of which... (and contrary to popular belief) I ain't dead yet! I just feel that way.

Got some kind of head cold/congestion thing going on, on top of what happened yesterday. Doctor found some kind of mass on my kidney and wanted a biopsy. You don't get knocked out for one of those, but you do get some happy drugs. I'm a bit foggy on what all happened, but the good news is that it wasn't even a solid mass once they actually got in there and started poking around. So eventually something will kill me, but it won't be that!

Glad it wasn't something serious. Something will kill us all someday. Let's hope it's while we are on a ride at WDW when it happens.

One loss and two wins today.

Wrote the IRS check.

Win #1 was Publix had a ridiculous sale on Rib Eyes. Just had an excellent dinner of steak, sautéed mushrooms and salt potatoes dripping with butter. Nice splurge.

Win #2 was an email from Disney welcoming me home for one day in December. Huh? Seems I added a wait list for an additional day when I booked the trip. OK, I guess I'll take it.
