Good thing I have a longer layover in Charlotte. Arrived at one end of the terminal and depart at the other end. My days of running from one end to another are over.

Not all Canadians are flakey. We had one from Guelph, one from near Niagara Falls and someone from Nova Scotia at the meeting I just left. We always load the committees with them because they are just looking for a reason to compromise.

Thanks everyone for letting me vent. The no one but myself day is going real well.

Good morning. Left work early yesterday to go home and work on the farm. It snowed for almost an hour and a half while we were shelling corn. No accumulation, it melted on contact and we kept going, but it definitely felt weird to be shelling corn in the snow in October.

Good luck with the repairmen.

And I hope your fins get it done this weekend.

Scams and other forms of cheating is an art form in Miami. I've worked with the bounced check agency for a while. Good people that live hand to mouth sometimes so it isn't a problem. Talked to the granting agency and they messengered the check over to them.

I think I'd get bored doing one of the transportation or attraction jobs. I'd either want to be a tour guide (more quality interaction with guests) or head chef somewhere. I'd probably need to learn more in either case.
