Opened the pool today.

New plan. Until I can get DW to move to Florida in the camper in CJ's front yard, let's do some changes. Since we have the pool and table, I think I can dig up the grass and put in sand in the back yard. Then, on the fence, I can paint an ocean scene. That way, I don't have to cut the grass and I can pretend I'm in the ocean.

I knew when I was transfered what I was getting into, she is one of the most uptight micromanaging by-the-book managers around. Really, walking aroundthe sales floor though looks tacky.

Thanks, but no one really wants to see that. I won't post pictures as it is easy to understand water displacement theory. I managed my 10 paid leave weeks before FY ends June 30, and will be spending much of the next week in my new vacation spot.

Absolutely. I'm just talking about until we can get there. See, I'm thinking if DW has the pool, has the bar, feels the sand on her toes, and "sees" the ocean mural painted on the fence, then I can get her to move more quickly. She's just not convinced we can live off CJ's credit card.

OK guys - here's an actual Disney question....(sorry for going back to on-topic for once.. )

On our next trip (in 7 days ) we're staying offsite. DW and I are thinking we are going to want to take afternoon breaks so our DD's can get some rest and we can escape the heat for a while.

But, in talking, we realized taking a break on our MK days might be a little cumbersome with the fact that we have to jump on a monorail or ferry just to get to our car and then drive 20 min to our condo.

Is there anywhere near MK that we could go to for some A/C and a relatively quite place for my DD's to nap for a little while?

My only thought was the contemporary 2nd floor area. It always seemed to be rather quiet.

Any other thoughts?

Believe it or not, that was actually the consumer tasting in the store last night. Diagio had a couple of PYTs there with special printers to print off custom labels for the bottles for father's day gifts. No idea how much were sold. A pity they couldn't spring for Blue.

We sampled off the unused portions left in the bottles

Three days until we leave.... We don't get to WDW until Saturday, so I guess 6 days until we get there, and this time next week we will be in MK.

Doing the packing, getting the tickets together, and arguing about how many pairs of underwear to pack... I need my space..
