Late september is a nice time, MNSSHP, low crowd levels and a lot of other dads are going to be there. I might try and space it out a bit though. Maybe leave a month or so in between trips so that you can really build up some good anticipation between them. If you could be there before the holiday crowds but after they put up the Christmas decorations and Osborne that'd be mighty tempting. To me Disney decorated for Christmas is extra magical.
.

I was thinking sept would be to soon. And I have been there for Christmas decorations several times so not sure if I need to be there for them. The main thing I have never done MNSSHP so that is our goal.

That is a terrible problem to have. We like October with F&W and MNSSHP. Sept was not crowded at all - fun times. Not been in Nov, but it would be fun to get a MVMVP. If you can't solve that problem, you can always send me the money and DW & I will go to WDW instead. :lmao:

UMMM let me think... After further thought I think we will solve the problem but thanks for your offer:lmao::rotfl2:

Oh by the way need to talk to you about some DVC points for Jan

On behalf of ALL Toronto Maple Leafs fans... I sincerely apologize for the loser with the sign outside the game Monday night.

There's one in every crowd. Believe me, we have them here in Boston as well. Respect to the Maple Leafs and their fans.:thumbsup2 Players play hard and the fans line the streets. Sorry we have to knock you guys out this year. But, hey....The Canadiens may be out first.:lmao::lmao:

Norm, I don't think you have the legs to be a dancer. :rotfl2:

What are you doing checking out Norms legs?:rotfl2::rotfl2::lmao::lmao:

Wow, this thread moves quickly. I stepped off-line for a couple of weeks and the previous thread closed and we are already deep into this one. During my down-time, DW and I welcomed our DS into this world. He was born 18 April. Can't wait to take him on his first WDW trip.

Hope everyone has a bacon loaded, cheeseball filled day Thirsty Thursday!

Need help !!! Going to Disney in Aug with family. But then wife and I are going to try and go again by ourselves. We are looking at Sept, oct or Nov. oh when to go?

Your Facebook friend Jodi will be there 11/1 - 11/10.

Howdy all. I have missed too much since I last checked in so i skimmed the 25 pages of this one and a few before the 250 mark on the last one.

Prayers for those injured and sick
Bacon for those with good news
Welcome new guys
Solidarity to the workers

Jim are you still going to keep the res for Tusker?

Yes sir, Aug. 23 at 8:20AM. Notes in the app to coordinate our meet up!

+1 :cool1::cool1:

Since Tatooine is in 5 of the 6 films, I would use that for my template for a Star Wars Land. I have never been to HS so I don't know the layout around Star Tours. If it is spread out then you could install tunnels or arches that look like hyperspace. Then you could add Coruscant and Naboo.

:thumbsup2

Good morning gentlemen. Just a quiet night work at

Hey Corey.:wave2:

We've settled on 175. 100 @ BWV and 75 @ BLT. Sold my other SSR contract. With clever point use, we can get two weeks in studios a year or a week in a 1 BR (or 2 BR standard BWV). We pay less than $1K in dues per year. I've considered selling the BLT points, depending on how much longer the transmission lasts in the car.

I assume you mean if the transmission goes, you'll sell the points to pay for a new one....or a new car? There must be a better way.:(

Hey Carl. What dates in August? We are there 8/21-8/28.

We were always partial to October, but avoided Columbus day and the week of Halloween. Crowds were low and the weather was perfect. That would be my recommendation. Never been in September, but have heard it is just as hot as August...but low crowds. November weather can be nice as well. We did go first week of December and it was record cold for the first couple of days.

Good Thursday Morning gents

Hey, I know that guy!

Senators and Canadians again tonight. Maybe Montreal will figure out how to score in the 3rd period.

Or not.:thumbsup2 I would like to see Ottowa win. Not because I like Ottowa mind you, but I despise the Canadiens.

You're up in my neck of the woods. You sound a little busy to do lunch and I'm not sure I could get away today anyhow. Let me know the next time you are headed up this way and maybe we can meet up.

It is a big decision. Those dues can be a big expense, and while you know what you would like to have later, you don't know how that will turn out. Our first contract was 120 points at SSR resale thru Time Share Store. Easy process and great to work with. If you can figure out where you would like the best and what you can afford and can live with the restrictions (no points for cruises, etc), buy a small DVC resale contract first and see what is best. A 100 point resale contract may go around $7K. Then, if you need to add more contracts, you can. Or, you can sell them. You can then buy direct contracts thru Disney at 25 point intervals, which still gives you 75 every 3 years. If you buy a 400 point contract, then it is all or nothing.
We have 2 contracts now, and I have ad-onitis. Would love to add another one, but I am not sure if we'll get long term value out of it. Do you ever rent points to supplement your current contracts?

I was thinking sept would be to soon. And I have been there for Christmas decorations several times so not sure if I need to be there for them. The main thing I have never done MNSSHP so that is our goal.
Maybe you can go over the magical week when you can see both MNSSHP and MVMCP?
