You betcha!! :cool1: 6 days from now we'll be heading to the airport... I am starting to lose sleep from all the excitement!

Enjoy. Don't forget the screaming like a little girl video. And of you screaming, not Emma.

Morning Dads. No energy today because of large doses of benadryl. Took several bee stings to the head yesterday working my bees when my veil slipped. I can now say that a sting to the lip is more painful than an ear or eyebrow...

Ouch. My late father-in-law had bees and swore that bee stings on his hands helped his arthritis. Not on the lip though.

Well, congrats to Briana anyway... even if she is breaking up a DisDad meet.

Actually we arrive in the Orlando area on the 18th and have park days on the 19th and 20th. Give me a txt when you're there and we can see if things work out.

Are you saying we're only allowed to toast 1? :scared1:

No, just one to Zerf. There are 700+ Dis Dads we can also toast to.

We will be arriving late morning on the 20th. Maybe we can work a meet up Dave. Understand if you need to get on the road though. Brian, we need to figure out a get together.

I got the biggies for our trip.
BBB at 8:30 and CRT at 10. Its going to cut down on touring for day 1 but I figure its a great way to kick off Disney and we are planning MNSSHP and another day at MK so its not a big deal. Plus crowds should be manageable in mid October.

That's a great start to the trip! Congrats on the ressies.:thumbsup2

Well, she is narcoleptic?

Well ask her when she wakes up!:rotfl:

Here is another Page 1 trip for you Randall, we are confirmed for July 16-23 at Pop Century.

We are doing only one ADR with this trip, 8:10 am July 22 at Crystral Palace. We are doing the Quick Service Dining Plan for the rest.

...Interesting that you mention the queen needing to be replaced. Does that infer that the existing queen may be Afircanized or is it just that some are more aggressive than others? Bee keeping was always an interesting hobby, but I have enough hobbies that risk severe pain already.

The temperament of the hive can be affected by lots of things: cloudy weather, wind, skunks scratching at the hive, genetics of the bees the queen mated with, health of the queen, etc. Im thinking this queen is getting old and may not be regulating the hive well. She is one that the bees raised themselves. The wild bees around here she would have mated with have a lot of German bee genetics (black abdomens vs. yellow) and they tend to be more aggressive. Just the way it goes sometimes. My son had installed a new package of bees in a hive the day before for a 4-H project and they were extremely gentle. No head butting or stings at all.

I mentioned hump day to my wife and got this reaction

Any DIS DADs going to the WDW this upcoming week (4/19-4/26)? We will be staying at Kidani Village and my two oldest 12 year old son and 9 year old daughter want to go to Typhoon Lagoon in the worst way. Looking forward to it as always.
