I got a bonus at work that basically paid for our entire WDW Trip in June.

The following people played in the Disdads Fantasy Baseball league last year, but haven't spoken up about whether they want to play this year or not.

We don't live in the flood zone but I do have to cross the river to get to work. Haven't seen a year where the bridge has closed as it is fairly high bit when it gets real bad the ramps close and then there is only one way on and off. Probably too early for that to happen though.

I was just going to say... "WHERE'S CARL?" Morning!

Sorry been crazy around here 5 kids all going in different directions. Week nights are crazy every weekend is jam packed,work is driving me nuts. The good thing is next weekend I will be with a group of good guys having a good time. Oh and Randall will be there also
Next weekend should be fun. I still cant run a mile without stopping.But I have dropped 3 pounds.The race starts sometime sat morning and from what I hear some of the guys are planning on having a few adult beverages friday night.I am not sure where all this craziness is coming from.I am guessing in order for me to fit in with these guys I am going to have to bow down to peer pressure and go along with their drinking plans.I guess if they have to twist my arm and hurt it it will be ok cause I dont need my arms just my legs to run.



Before I go can I ask for some prayers for a friend of mine And a fellow Diser and for steady hands of the doctor. She had a seizure or something(they never really said what it was) sat at the baseball fields. Mon Morning they found a mass on her brain.Today in about an hr she will be having surgery to to remove the tumor.

Sometimes I forget that there are people crazy enough to have 5 kids! Glad to hear you are doing well! Don't give in to the beer pressure! (Yeah, right)

Nope. I can see it on the horizon though.

Well, after planning a possible WDW trip in November, then being told to wait until next year, I have now been told that we can plan a surprise trip for the kids this year at the end of July! I figure we better keep it a surprise in case 'the boss' changes plans AGAIN.

We are looking at staying at one of our favorite resorts: Port Orleans - Riverside. We have stayed there before in The Mansions section (regular room), but this time DW wants to try out the new Royal rooms. I am excited that I will finally get to make use of a good rate!

Now to figure out which table service places we are going to plan on this time. We are thinking of starting off the first night with Hoop-Dee-Do Musical Revue - that never gets old. I am not sure if I can justify lunch at Le Cellier since they got rid of the lunch menu, but I hate to miss that Mushroom Filet while I am in The World.

Another staple for us is the 50's Prime Time Cafe, so we will definitely need an ADR there. Other than those, I am hoping DW will want to go to either 'Ohana or Boma one night.

What are some of the table service restaurants you HAVE to go to every time you are in WDW?

I am giddy that we are going, but it seems so 'last minute'. My coworkers looked at me like I'm crazy when I said I don't have enough lead time to properly plan this trip (only 4.5 months.) They just don't get it.

Glad things are working out and you can get a trip in. We are doing Whispering Canyon, Sci-Fi in HS and Ohana. Those are usual spots. Also reserved BOG to try it out, but it is a late ressie. Still finalizing, but we have a lot done.

At the DDC, I saw Crash huddled with the penguins demonstrating how to use a shiv.

Been AWOL because of a screwed up shoulder. The pain is killing me. Can't sleep, driving is Beverly worthy painful, and I can't work. The crap the doctor gave me doesn't do anything. This happens every once in a while so I know the drill. Hopefully it doesn't last much longer.

You work? I thought you spent all your time in the keys? Must have strained it drinking all those cocktails. I can send down some stronger meds if you like. They gave me the good stuff for the knee last year and never used it. Hope you feel better soon.

Tonight is one of my favorite shows - Hell's Kitchen. I can do without all the Gordon yelling, but it is a part of the show.

GET OUT! That seemed to be the theme last night. I almost fell off the couch I was laughing so hard after a while. How about the dude that just kept coming back? And the guy that can't repeat what you say? Should be a fun season to watch.

Absolutely love this show. The guy who can't remember 3 orders wont last very long. The tasting in front of the audience had me in tears, somebody must be writing his material now.. Lol too funny!!

We've always worked in Sci Fi for lunch and Tusker for Breakfast each time. We've done Akershus three times for breakfast, switching it up and doing lunch this time around. We try and mix it up, with putting news places into the mix with returning favorites.

Yes, Tusker house for breakfast here as well. Then we'll do AK and have a late lunch at Flame Tree. Good choice.

Still waiting for my review that was due first week of February to see what the June bonus will be (and a projected 4% raise). This year is our 20 year anniversary and I have been here for 13 years of it so hoping for a pretty good thank you package.
