DIS Dads DDC XXV: It’s a Special Holiday Episode of the DISDad’s Club

Walked home at lunch and made some goulash for dinner and put a couple of bottles of Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout outside to chill so I think I will send myself home early today. Got a few things done in the office so tonight I will take it easy.

The best part of New Years Eve is I don't have to stay up.

SWMBO and the kids will probably try but I am calling them early and they know better than to call me that late at night unless it is an emergency.

Hope everyone's doing well, happy almost new year, pretty interested to see what Disney news they are going to tell during NYRE tonight, the Facebook post says its a way to spend more Disney time with your family in 2013 so it's def not a carsland announcement and they have already told some of the limited time magic stuff

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!

tammy and i just found out that a friend of mine from here on the dis on another thread, has passed away from cancer. we did get to meet each other in the magic kingdom last september. what a great lady and a great family. we sat and talked over by the haunted mansion for a good hour. just sad to hear. please keep sarah and john and there family in your prayers.

Dave I am sorry to hear this news....sure will keep the family in our prayers. I know it has been said many times in the past but we all talk so much to each other on here and facebook that we get to know each other on a more personal basis and share in lifes up and downs. It is like a little on line family. Being able to meet in person solidifies it even more!
