Anybody see the premiere of Justified last night? Terrific start to the season.

Haven't watched that show, what's the premise?

Nope. I have not met him yet in person. But the more I hear, the more I think we'll get along pretty well. Seems we both like to keep out of trouble.

It's on FX Tuesday nights at 10 p.m. It's about a Federal marshal working in backwoods Kentucky (where he grew up). He battles drug kingpins and other miscreants (including his own father and others with ties to his past). It's got a little bit of everything--when it wants to be dramatic, it's dramatic. When it wants to be suspenseful, you're on the edge of your seat. And when it wants to be funny, it's hilarious. Really well-written and acted. It airs late because it is basically R-rated, though.

Last night was the start of season 4, so you might have a bit of work to do to figure out who the characters are and what they're up to. My wife and I actually got to it late and caught up with the first 2 seasons on DVD.

All of the moderators must be busy. There doesn't seem to be a run to the end. With the record setting performance of the last thread everyone just seems a little relaxed about this one. Of course having the new thread up already probably is part of it.
