In other news, the NHL lockout is over and training camps should open later this week. Mixed emotions on this one.

Unless my kids do something stupid I'll be too old to see grandchildren. One of the disadvantages of getting married later in life. I hear grandkids are more fun than kids.

Good Dad. We haven't done kid party's yet. Just hasn't really worked out for various reasons. Maybe this year.

Off to church with the family this morning. Got my talks reviewed this morning for our annual growers meetings. Need to update a couple things when I get to the hotel but it will at least help pass some time. I don't know how some people do this all the time. I can't even post pad because I am moderating sessions. I'd much rather be out pruning the blueberries.

Wow, I'm happy to have hockey back but all my hockey money is tied up in Disney trips, so I'll be rooting for my preds at home, I'm mixed about a half season (I thought last years nba championship was cheap) but if the preds won I wouldn't wont them to give it back lol
