DIS Dads DDC XXV: It’s a Special Holiday Episode of the DISDad’s Club

Been a bit troubling tonight, been feling mentally out of sort, thinking about other people. My co-worker buddy was off tonight, turns out his mother went to Emerg Christmas Eve with pneumonia, he's pretty upset, rightfully so.

Also DW called not long before the Disney on Ice started to tell me that youngest had been complaining that it hurt to pee this morning and just then, and when she went, there was blood present. They didn't panic, and still did the show. Any other bathroom trips were fine. Still went to the Kids Clinic at the Hospital tonight, and they found no evidence of an infection, but acknowledge she was feverish last week, and battling a cold. There is still traces of blood (though not visable), and are re-testing samples, and we are waiting on an ultrasound. The are not sure it's the remnants of an infection, or something else, possibly although it's pretty rare, a kidney stone was passed?Feeling very unsettled that a new health issue has popped up out of the blue.

we got some good news today. briana went to the cardio. doctor and everything is fine. she said see you in 40 years.
we also picked up the new car tonight. we went wednesday and did the paper work and with the ice and snow, we didnt bring it home. its now safely and clean in the garage.
my four day weekend is starting saturday.
HAVE A GREAT DISDADS CONVENTION!!!!!sorry, just cant get there this year. looking forward to live updates, podcast etc.....
i think i covered everything. sorry if i missed anyone. we will be cleaning up the christmas stuff soon and after that, hopefully, we will be back to normal again.

‘Morning all…

Hey Guys....this monring I posted on facebook about a paraotid gland stone...I had a cat scan today and there is now stone. I am not going to post on facebook the results of things because I am not going to alarm family. Anyway, I am on another antibiotic...this is the third round since I had pneumonia...and if the antibiotic does not clear this up and make the gland go down I will have to have a repeat scan with IV contrast. Then they will be able to see if there is an underlying tumor that does not show on todays scan. Keep me in prayers if you think about it for the antibiotics to work. I would be much appreciative!!!

The onset of winter seems to be causing havoc with everyone’s health and well being around here.

I heard that they would be announcing new "Limited time magic" items every Friday.
