If the amount of Money is greater than the amount of extra stress then I'd go for it... however if the Money is not that much more... I'd let it go.

However I would worry about my new supervisor being a Peanut Butter if I passed it over.

That's good advice, all total this year I've already been supervisor for a total of a month and half and with the same pay, the stress level I think I can handle, so I guess it just depends on what the boss feels like I'm worth to the company and that will tell me if its worth the promotion or not, thanks for the advice

Only other thing to consider is if there is a career path. Is the supervisor role something you have to have in order to advance to other jobs in your company?
