Andy, you summed it up PERFECTLY... I would nominate that as a man law:

When wishing sincere and warm greetings to the masses always exclude BRIAN B.!

Brian - why would you want to exclude yourself? :confused3

It's ok man...I know you rule the universe, but you can still be included to receive the sincere and warm greetings.

:thumbsup2

Good morning :thumbsup2

Went out last night to get one thing.....bunk beds! It was a really good deal. We will need more beds when we get the other children so this frees up two :cool1:

Going to try and get those together and put up the tree today. Have a good one gentlemen :thumbsup2

It's like building with Lincoln Logs, remember those? Glad you got the beds and good luck with the tree. Ours is going up this afternoon as well. Will also be finishing the electrical work on the outdoor lights. I think we went overboard a little, yup just a little.:thumbsup2

No holiday here in Canada.... :lmao:

And if it means, taking you down with me... I'll take it for the team.

:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2:

And besides, I may be Canadian, but that can change... you will always be Scott!!!

:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

Yes, great job, Carl! And you've inspired us to try the piecaken for the next big feast!

Wow, Brent. Good luck with the pulmonologist. Praying it's nothing serious. You dont smoke do you?

Want a live tree? We're starting our scout Christmas tree sale today!

We chose our tree a few weeks ago at a tree farm here. They provide hot cocoa, a sleigh ride out to get the tree (with wheels since no snow yet), BYOSaw and the kiddo's get a little gift when done. It's a fun time. Good luck selling the trees. We bought 3 wreaths from the scouts here.

Survived both thanksgivings yesterday. At DW's dad's side, a few pile up all the leaves and hide candy in sandwich bags in the pile. The leaf pile was big enough for 12 kids to dig thru.

You did let the kids go first right?:lmao::lmao::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Now give them their candy back!

Could you come up and clean up my leaves? Right now I'm hoping they will melt away in the spring with the snow.

I hope you all get better quick... WDW vacations, are to special to ruin with being sick!

Hey Andy, we can be Co-Nemesis's to Scott...
:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

I don't think I could join forces with you. I'm not ready for the dark side.

I just threw Scott out there because I saw where he said he had to work today. I'm sure there were others,I just don't know who.

Thanks Andy - I think. :thumbsup2

Put them in a big pile and accidentally throw a match in there. We have burning permits and basically rake into a big pile and let the kids light it and keep it burning until they are all gone.

Just make sure you take Norm's candy out first. And check for penguins.:lmao::lmao:

Somehow I don't think DW would be very happy to seem me burn a big pile of leaves on the front lawn.

I still applaud your original effort... :rotfl2:

The beauty here though Darcy... is you are NOT burning them... the KIDS are.

ON my way. Have Rachel McAdams waiting for me.

Watch out for those penguins. I hear they smell like burnt tires.

Interesting concept...

Or did you just say there was candy in there :lmao:

That looks like a really fun idea, might have to try that with DD an some of the other kids next year

Thanks. It is KY, so we had to hide candy or bourbon. We don't have one the nation's highest obesity and diabetes rates by chance. Although, some of the more southern red states are worse than us.

Hi!
Doing well. Been crazy busy. DISDads Convention is 45 days away (for me - we're going down early) and I"m scrambling to get everything done. Especially after our shirt vendor flaked on us last week.

I'll have new quotes by the beginning of next week and shirts ordered soon thereafter. But it was an extra headache I did NOT need.

Ok, so it looks like you don't have anything going on right now. When is the next convention so I can start planning? :confused3:rotfl:

You did let the kids go first right?:lmao::lmao::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Now give them their candy back!

Of course. They go in first and have them throw me the bag of candy so they can continue to search for the other bags.

Nope, never smoked or did drugs  Alcohol though quite literally, is my way of life (and source of income) :rotfl2:

Appointment is set for Tuesday

Glad to see the thread lasted through thanksgiving...

We should all be proud of ourselves, and give each other a pat on the back.

I tried, but I just ended up spinning on circles like Curley Howard :rotfl2:

Brent - I hope everything is ok.

We could use some pixie dust here. My kids are trying to violate a key Disdads rule. We leave in 7 days and they're both starting to get sick.

I hope everyone recovers well from yesterday. I know I want feeling to great last night, but I just had to have a good sampling of all the desserts anyway.

Enjoy your Friday off, unless you're a Canadian or Scott. Getting ready to head our and put up some lights.

Amelia got sick right before a trip, week before, she recovered though. Prayers

Good luck. I went to the stores on Black Friday once about 5/6 years ago. You can have mine because I will never go back. I almost got beat up by a 90 year old woman.:confused3

Almost?

Sorry you are not feeling well. Good luck getting better. I had a friend that had a similar coughing attack. It ended up being pneumonia and he has been on meds for a couple of months to make sure it clears. He is feeling better. Make sure you see the doctor and get that treated.

Appointments are set, and it freaked me out big time, I NEVER go to ER, but I made a quick exception there and then.

I got it! Hide the bourbon IN THE CANDY !! :hyper:

Good luck! Take someone with you (like DW!) if possible!

Hey, which of you Canadians are driving down our Christmas trees today?

Argh! Don't worry Aaron, just having us all there will be a blast!
