That's not possible. The only way it could be true is if you spend too much family time. But, if you're wasting work time or posting during their 5 billion activities, then it is ok.

Clearly, this is the best advice. We exist to support the Disney addiction, not prevent it. :lmao:

Nope, not family time so I guess I can keep posting. Thanks for the support Norm. Did everyone hear that? Norm says I can post as much as I want on his thread.

We were in Niagra this summer on vacation. The weather was beautiful and had a lot of fun. Maybe we can take a little side trip to visit if we go again next summer.

We only had one snow day last year. It was the mildest weather I can remember ever. When I was a kid we had feet of snow over the winters and it lasted until May some years as it was so deep and frozen. I say "bring on global warming!". But I am guessing we will get hammered this year as punishment for last year.

I'm expecting lots of snow too...makes the walks to school magical :rotfl2:

Niagara is nice, we go down a couple of times a year, just an hour's drive away.

No make up days here either. This year school started on September 5th, ends for Christams break on December 21. Start back on January 9 and ends on June 21st.

Used to be like that here, but now the last day of the school year is June 28th. Weeeee. Lots of parents are happy, one less week to worry about their kids. :headache::mad:

My wife is a stay at home. We keep talking about a bakery or restaurant business. Kids love to bake and be involved. Pretty sure DD is thinking she wants to be a chef/baker when she gets to that point in her life. DisDads cupcakes.......Hmmmmmm, has a nice ring doesn't it?:lmao:

DW stays at home too. I don't dare bring up the subject of going back to work, in any capacity with her, for fear of losing my dinner privileges... :rotfl:

Congrats. Norm's seal of approval is a tough thing to get. ;)

Well, I managed to get thru the last 2 work hours. Now, I have to be available for the next two hours, as there is a meeting going on 3 hours away that I may need to be called to teleconference with. What's better than a meeting? Being on standby for a meeting.

Do you get the tap on the right arm if you are needed??

Oh, I don't care about that. Actually, I had no idea why you even said "Never." I just thought it looked like a good spot for a "Really?":lmao:

Really? You're asking us if you should take a trip to DW or not? :confused3

Go to DW and DL, I think that is clearly the rational choice.:rotfl2:

Good morning guys,

I see the rationalization in that, it's not really an issue of going to WDW or not as I have 2 trips already in planning one to DL next oct and one to WDW holidays 2014, but I would like to do a guerrilla style trip to check out new fantasyland and do some of the rides we didn't do on this past trip haha thanks for encouraging my Disney addiction guys

Funny, are you sure our wives aren't sisters. I brought up going back to work once. Never again. It was explained to me several times over the course of the next few months exactly why I should never ask again. Lesson learned.

Nope. Just the phone call where there are sure to be a dozen or so executive, top managers making $100K or more each who need my expertise. My expertise is that I say that all of your are idiots and can't do the job, but are just sucking up money and justifying a meeting why you have these positions.

I say that on the inside.

Glad to know it's just not me that gets in trouble for making observations.

Really!

I post pad... But I don't deny it, and I never call anyone out when they do.

His comment was he never names names of post passers. Which he does often.... But he clearifies, and said only in that post. :rotfl2:

THis post sounds like you are justifying your behavior - a sure sign of guilt. What are you guilty of? :lmao:

Nope, not family time so I guess I can keep posting. Thanks for the support Norm. Did everyone hear that? Norm says I can post as much as I want on his thread.

As if you needed my permission.

I'll be lucky to be standing when it's over. :rotfl2::lmao:

I'm sure you'll do fine.

Congrats. Norm's seal of approval is a tough thing to get. ;)

Terribly. :lmao:

As a wise man once told me; "They're all sisters." ;)

I've played it... It's fun, but not really something that keeps my attention for too long.

But what does? :squirrel:

Bettman is a tool. THe NHL said they didn't want to meet because the NHLPA didn't want to talk about the offer the league made. Sit the beverley down and work something out!!!

I like Bill Simmons' (Grantland.com) theory that Bettman was a mole from the NBA they sent to secretly destroy the NHL.

DW stays at home too. I don't dare bring up the subject of going back to work, in any capacity with her, for fear of losing my dinner privileges... :rotfl:

My wife spent 6 years as a stay-at-home mom before going back to teaching this year. She's a wonderful teacher and really loves it, and it's at the same school my kids go to, so it was a perfect fit, and we still don't have to do daycare. Sometimes it can work out! :thumbsup2

He's doing a great job. Every time the league takes a step forward, along come Bettman with another lockout.

I'm in Milwaukee every day. I can do quality control as much as she needs.:thumbsup2

I will mention that, I think there are several people requesting that position. But I will mention it.

I'm sorry she's having a rough time at work. Hopefully one way or another, she can find something better elsewhere.

If she does go the route of the cupcake business, the wife of one of my best friends from college did the same, so I'm a qualified and experienced taste tester and I'm more than willing to offer my services! :thumbsup2

I'm glad to see that things are going ok so far. I hope that her eye gets stronger with this method of treatment.

Thanks.
I will let her know.

Or am I just spending way too much time in here?

Never... Well maybe, nah it's never enough time.

Yeah I'd we could swing the lost of income I would be all in and very supportive but till that day comes or the cupcakes can substitute enough income she has to work. It's sad but true.

I realy need to figure out how to multi quate on the app.
Well it happen again DW came home crying at 10:30, her director pulled in another director and she was written up for the interactions with her subordinates yesterday.
On a positive note she has two interview next week one from an App she put in yesterday and one from a recruiter. Maybe this can be resolved before we leave for WDW. I don't want to deal with this on vacation, we already operate on a thin line when we travel together.
