Wow Steve....I think you had a freudian slip there....![]()
Are you referring to Saved by the Bell principal?
I always thought his first name was "Mr.".
DW and I will be there, running the ToT as well. Could do a meet there if we can find each other.
The corrals are set by your estimated pace, not by when you register. They do that in order to make sure you don't have people running over each-other the whole way (if faster runners started after slower runners it could create messes all over the place). If you're really looking to get padding on that 16 min pace, try running some shorter races that you can use as a proof of time (most Disney Races require this to get into a higher corral). I think anything over 6 miles is good enough for them.
Good luck!![]()

Sounds painful.
Thanks. Ambiguous just in case someone reads it.
It appears as though the honey do list is growing as we speak and new "ideas" for other projects keep coming from swmbo! She has now informed me that she would like to have new carpet in the family room and also new furniture.....what happened to just slapping a coat of pain on things???![]()

Hey we can see what we can do, I know Friday is busy with the Expo and al the stops we have to make to straighten out our APs.
Well then I stand corrected, I thought that would be how they would do it but at Tink it seemed like we passed a lot of people and we were running a 12 min mile pace. and the people around us were registered around the same time. Oh well either way we figured we can do it in a 14 min mile and the worst.
Hope we can find some time to meet. We should be at the expo in the afternoon on Friday, no real plans for the remainder of the weekend.
Who did you piss off to have to spend time in Eau Claire?Well almost done with work for the week. Then off to Eau Claire Wi and maybe the twin cites. Hope to see some old friends and relax for a few days.
Oh, and can you tear up the driveway and put in those really cool cobblestone pavers? For the 1/2 marathon, you need a qualifying race of at least 10k, which is 6.21371 miles. Roughly. The corrals are set by your estimated pace, not by when you register. Next Tuesday would have been the day I had circled on the calendar for about 4 years. DD would be in 2nd grade, DS would be starting kindergarten, and I would be working 4x10 hour days, with on day - everything from 7:43 am to 2:35pm - all to myself. Golf, naps, deep fried food, another nap. Carping the heck out of the Diem.Got the girls dropped off to their Day Camp...they got invited for a free "End-Of-Summer" Party, which gives me a day off to myself, which I haven;t had all summer.I think a nap is in order.

Wait a minute - are you an NFL referee?!?!Morning all. Still no resolution to our labor situation. Deadline is tomorrow night. Wish I could say more but it will be an intersting weekend. Tomorrow we will be having a birthday party for my younger DD who turns 2 on Monday. I have 2 more fantasy football drafts on schedule for Sunday. Sure hope I don't get locked in tomorrow night.
When I met up with Brian in WDW last week, he showed me the pocket full of "U"s you guys carry around to stick randomly into words.Yep....it's even more well-deserved because we have to add the extra "u" to Labour Day![]()

Unfortunately, you will have to wait a bit longer... DW & I are taking this trip by ourselves and leaving the kids home. I'm sure Juliana won't forgive us for this. We might have to lie and tell her we are going somewhere that isn't fun for kids.![]()

"Read the full story on Lunch Break". Yeah, right. Kick you feet up at your desk, take the phone off the hook and read away!
Very cool. I agree with Barry on the "Read it on your lunch break" notation. Yea, right. I rode racers when I was in DL and it is a fantastic attraction. Congrats to Siemens for whatever role they played in creating it.
