I am definitely going to do a TR... just haven't started, have to get settled.

Just returned from Grocery Shopping... so we can eat tonight.




But Venom, I did love POR... But it is HUGE!

I hear that!!! We just got in from Tennessee Saturday Night did the welcome back shopping sunday! Cant wait to see the TR! It is very nice at POR but the reason it seems so big is because the river access to DTD and POFQ runs right through the middle of the resort making it impossible to have a short cut to the main building. CBR I believe is worse when you have to go all the way around the lake in the middle just to get to main building etc.

Thanks for pointing out my spelling issue there. I am still getting used to the MBP. Umm pics of your feet, no thanks. I think that might be for your nemesis!

Great pictures. We stayed at CBR at Port Royale, closer to the private pool. CBR was so great because of that and we bought into SSR as a resort. But, that spread out style loses its appeal once you get too far away. Still enjoy SSR, but is definitely different than BLT.

Wow, what an honor to pass Dave Zerfs. It is a true honor, although his his sojourn to the pub, he left the door open for me. I know Brian will eventually pass me. When you look at the list, most are from thread 1 of 2, with the exception of Brian. Bravo.

Oh, my god. Had a "My Cousin Vinnie" moment. I swear a train passed within 5 feet of my hotel room. Horn blowing and the windows were rattling. Luckily I was awake or I would have jumped out of the bed thinking I was going to die. Hope that is it for tonight.

Thankfully, my family is somewhat immune to passing trains, our building is right beside tracks, I grew up one street removed from tracks, and my grandparent's house where my mom grew up had the tracks right behind the backyard. (All the same set of tracks!) Although that close horn blowing would be kinda alarming.

We have a train that runs through the center of Owensboro. My town is 6 to 7 miles in diameter. DW says that she will hear it everynow and then; however, I sleep thru it everytime. I am a sound sleeper.

Should be an intersting week here at work. The bargaining unit contract expires on Friday at midnight and it is looking like there could be a strike. As management I've already been told that I will not have to be locked in the plant if this happens since I can do my job remotely via my laptop. However, if it does happen we won't be shipping so there won't be much for me to do.

Hate to hear that, regardless of what side. The anxiety of these things is terrible.

I It appears that Typhoon Bolaven will be hitting the Korean Peninsula sometime this evening/tonight. We should be ok here in Pohang, just on the outskirts of it. Looks pretty huge though...I read that the storm system was equal size/distance of "France to Poland." Jeju Island, I sort of resort/topical part of South Korea, is just starting to get rained on now. Hopefully, it won't start raining here until after 9pm, when I finish my private lesson...

Prayers. Glad you're on the outskirts.

Decent staycation Day 1....sleep, swimming, a little side trip to get a few groceries and pizza & wings while watching POTC:World's End. DW and I did a little trip planning in for next year to boot bouncing ideas off one another, I jotted them down.!

That's my favorite POTC thus far as well. The Pearl and Dutchman in that battle scene are just amazing.
