That was a heart-breaker. I really thought the US could steal that one because the only clear advantage we had was Miller in goal. Otherwise, Canada was better at just about every position.

Thanks to all who showed so much support. On top of that I have to go to the apple store today. They called me and said mine was part of a bad batch. No details were offered to what they meant. But I have an appointment and anyone who goes to the apple store knows why you have to have an appointment to be seen there for tech reasons.

I am not going around spreading this sickness, he said it wasn't contagious. lol

See they way I see the numbers are on a per capita basis.

Total Medal Count": USA/CAN = 54/10 = USA has 540% more medals than Canada.

Total Population to pool athletes from: USA/CAN = 311,591,917/34,482,779 = USA has 904% more people than Canada.

So with our 10 medals - you should be at 90 to be on par with our superior athletes.

Unemployment Rate in Canada is 7.2%
Unemployment Rate in USA is 8.2%

Which means we have a great percentage of our smaller population working, instead of training to be Olympians.

I'm going to remove myself from the Canada Vs. USA discussion at this point. Arguing with a canadian is like going up against a one-legged man in a butt-kicking competition.
