I'm watching that and coming to America.

That speech from the president makes me super proud to be an American
Next time you should go back and read first. That joke has already been beat to death.Goofy + 3 said:Just got back from a week in almost-Canada. Not gonna go back and read the 50 pages I missed but I happened to see CJ's post and felt compelled to make the joke I've been sitting on for months... Here goes...
I just figured she'd be taking "crash" courses!
Thanks. Tip your waitress.
Thanks for the spoiler warning.declansdad said:Daniel Craig, he picked up the Queen at the Palace and flew with her in a helicopter to the stadium.
I always enjoy the competition part. I do agree with you on the ceremony part though. I missed three first 2 hours and I'm already bored and screwing around on my phone.AirGoofy said:That's cool.
I like certain sports - basketball, soccer, but not a big fan of gymnastics or some of the others.
I didn't care much for alcohol either... Until I went off to school. Just thought I'd point that out, nemesis.GoofyIsAsGoofyDoes said:Well since you asked directly…
At the moment he’s torn between Western Carolina and the University of South Carolina. He wants to study music performance / education and these two happen to have the best music schools in the two Carolina’s (and both he and his momma would rather he stayed in the area). They are radically different environments but he likes qualities in both. It may depend on how the separate auditions go and what kind of assistance we can come up with.
Oh… they party. Especially at USC, but it’s Max that’s not all that interested in those shenanigans. He’s a bit of a wallflower. I expect he’ll change a good bit across the next five years, but he really has no use for any of the social games, finds alcohol to be undrinkable, and thinks anyone that would even consider “chemical enhancement” in any form to be utterly stupid.
May those sentiments not change too quickly…
The actual lighting of the Olympic Cauldron was pretty cool.
Now on to Sir Paul.
Very cool...
One of the best Olympic Opening Ceremonies I've ever seen.
Okay. So let me get this right, there's no quota limits on Canadians nor Wisconsinians in this club?
And none on lawyers either.

Um, I was being very nice to Boston. Hmm, reassess? Or watch Boondock Saints?
RodBelding said:Boston doesn't need you to be nice to it. We're doing just fine. Thanks though.
By the way, you're welcome for Theo.

Our new washer came today, already had a plumber here, tomorrow it's time to make our 1st service callSomething just ain't right it's a High Efficiency washer nothing like we had but for some reason it will not let the hot water come in
, Plumbing wise it's all clear

Couldn't be as easy as a plug in the hot water intake?
I'm sure the plumber would of found that.
Sounds weird. Hopefully this service call is free.![]()
