Meet Tucker...the newest member of the family! We have also used this as a way to explain how adoption is forever!

Love it, good looking pup, great name too.

DW and I had our 19th anniversary yesterday and celebrated by going out for dinner and a movie. Ended up seeing.... Brave! :lmao: Cute movie. That's some red hair! DD also got roses and a new watch (she's been looking for a new watch for quite a while). In all a good evening to reflect on the years we've been together.

Found out that DD had an emotional "break-down" yesterday, too. Apparently she is starting to get those funny feelings for boys and doesn't know how to handle them :scared: I am so glad I was not around for that scene. Have a feeling it's going to be an interesting school year.

Congrats Don!

You know, on the first thing... on the second thing, I think that Randall said it best:

Couldn't have happen to a nicer guy! :lmao:

Be prepared to spend alot of time, Under the Bus! :rotfl2:

:rotfl: :(

Cute pup! May you have many years of happiness with your new canine companion. pluto:

Long day at AK...

Did almost everything in the park by 4:00.

Missed Nemo (seen it twice before)... And didn't get to Rafiki's Planet Watch.

Got soaked (this time somewhat on purpose) on Kali... Met up with Ron.... Who took the wise decision and opt'ed out of Kali.

First Time Disney experience for me tonight: saw YeeHa Bob. Very entertaining, gets the whole audience involved... The man has energy like you wouldn't believe. He made a fool of me a couple of times.... Was calling me "Canada".... Had me running through the audience with fake binoculars...

Another tiring day.... Tomorrow Epcot.... And I just may go for he Beverly record on video.... Of more than 6!

Oh, and Steve.... Congrats on tucker... Your on an adoption frenzy!!!! I am sure he will get all the love and attention he deserves. :thumbsup2

Ok with my 100th post, has anyone been watching the little league world series? Goodlettsville is the next city over from my town and it's all everyone's been talkin about for the past week

I'm not even that hard core. Cool Halloween stuff. Getting ready?

Yea, AK is a one day park for us. I've thought about just riding the Safari ride repeatedly throughout the day and nothing else. That is my favorite there.

I wanted to share part of my afternoon with y'all, I was picking my DD up from daycare and she tells me she didn't have vocabulary class yet again today, and not on Monday also. I pay 100 extra a month for her to take these classes and when I asked the teacher why she hasn't had any classes this week, with attitude she informs me she was not there yesterday ( not a class day) and today she moved tables and chairs around, still don't see why that should affect my daughter taking classes I pay for, she didn't tell me why my DD didnt have class on Monday which is a class day. And all this week when I said hi to the teacher she ignored me, I guess like buying a car everyone's nice until you sign the papers

Get ready to fight the school system for the rest of her school life. I'm sure they think they know and care about what is best for your child, but they don't.

No Bacon tonight, but maybe some wine DW is head to meet me at DM's.

One out of two ain't bad.

They are stopping Splash Mountain during EMH. Bummer

I seem to ride Splash every other trip as it is, never done it at EMH. Only plan to do one EMH on the next trip anyways...

Commando Dinner:

"It was really dark but here is a pic of what I had, a 24 oz prime rib, and yes I ate it all!

Hope Ron's bringing you some of that prime rob as payment for posting for him. :rotfl2:

Ok after the daycare stuff today I'm in a better mood that my Disney Halloween stuff came in today

That shirt is sweet.

Very nice....two time vacation OWNAGE!

Hey guys, skimmed through the last few pages and have come up with the following....

Happy Anniversary Don!! Oh ya that's why I only make boys!! Lol

Beverly record is 6 Eh! Maybe a Canadian has to hold that record soon!

Hopefully Issac falls apart before it does any damage.

Bob at Riverside is awesome, we love him, he loves to mess with Canadians.

The rain has played havoc on our plans here at the world. Sorry you missed the show. (remember a rainy day at Disney is better than any day at work!)

We decided to go to Cocoa Beach for the day, we also stopped by the Disboards Welcome Center in Cape Canavral. Awesome people in there, great place to stop in and say hi. We swam in the ocean, saw a Dophin, walked on a pier, saw some surfers and saw a sting ray. Pretty full day here, getting ready for bed. We check out of Saratoga Springs and check into Coronado Springs, I will let you fellas know how that goes.

On observation about split stays, I would only do this if I have my own vehicle. I can't imagine doing this using Disney transportation. Yikes!!

Barry holds the DISDad video record of drinking 6 in a row. I wonder if any of the Dads down there now are going to break it?

Wish I had known about the record. Would have made an attempt to set a new, temporary record in advance of the DDC.

We've thought about doing DVC there for low points. Problem is we don't own camping equipment for 4. I have a 2 person tent and air mattress, but am too old and fat to be sleeping on th ground anymore.

Closest DW will get to camping is the Wilderness Lodge. :lmao:

Was it Chris Hansen? If I ever see him, I am running the other way.

No. this was Jeff Rossen doing his Chris Hansen impersonation. Comes off like his little brother.

I see Chris Hansen at work on occasion. He's a tall one, that guy. I always expect to see a camera guy come around the corner when I see him.

Very nice!

The ears are awesome, when u open the stem, chip and dale are on the inside of the jackolantern

That is awesome!!

Yes we got a dog today. It was totally out of the blue!! A lady from church posted his picture on her facebook to find him a home. Turns out a guy sitting in front of her in traffic this morning stopped because the dog had run under his car and he was trying to coax him out. Once out he told her that he was late for work and asked her to find a home for him. She went all around the general neighborhood he was found in and no one claimed him. He is VERY young. I would have to say no more than 6 weeks. I guess someone must have dumped him but if that is the case where is the rest of the litter? Anyway, Shari posted on the FB account that we would take him and then she called me to ask if it was ok LOL. She...the one who wanted a dog the least caved in LOL. He seems to have some black Lab in him but not sure what else...I will see if I can post a pic of him on here and see if anyone has any thoughts.

Sorry about the rain. Glad to hear you and the other dads are making the best of it.

I imagine trying to do a split with disney transportation could be rough. I wonder if you asked, could Bell services take your bags from one resort to another? could you bribe the DME driver into taking you?? :confused3

First post during the time I'm usually asleep, had a really weird dream but anyways back to bed for me thanks for all the compliments on my Disney Halloween stash and about peanut butter day cares haha, and norm def gettin ready, my DD saw the stuff and asked where hers were, besides the shirt I had to tell her that I got the ears cuz I needed to save room in the luggage for all the stuff she's goin to buy, I kid you not she has like 100 dollars in her piggy bank and she's 4

Morning Guys!

Its another beautiful day here on the East Coast. Or it would be if the soon was up!:lmao:

Waiting on coffee to brew, need another cup or two in me before I can function like a normal person.

If your new, Welcome!

If its your birthday, Happy Birthday!

If its your anniversary, Happy Anniversary!

If you still in the world on vacation, my jealousy knows no bounds!

Matt

Sounds like a good day! Atleast the rain couldn't cancel your late night entertainment this time.

I hope Yeehaa Bob was extra hard on you - I called him and told him you'd be there! ;)

Hope all you guys have some better weather!

Kinda funny/weird, but last year we were there when Irene came passing by. That friday they called for rain. We went out to MK and had one of the best days there we've had. Everyone must have stayed in, waits were short, and we got a lot of milage out of fastpasses (before they started enforcing the rules)....hopefully you guys get a bit of the same! Have a ride on HM for me thanks!

Getting soaked has been a theme in Disney this week!

Tried to meet up with Ron yesterday at Epcot but just could not coordinate the schedules.

I will take any Beverly challenge that anyone wishes to throw down. I tried it for the first time yesterday and...I liked it! I must be one of those people you hear about who drink the stuff. Definitely had a bitter aftertaste, but I had a few cups. My wife and daughter thought it was gross and chucked it after one sip. They could not believe I was standing there drinking the stuff.

Hotel pool, Magic Kingdom then California Grill on the agenda for today. I also hope to make a fantasy pick sometime today. Yesterday, I didn't get to make a pick until late at night.
