Thanks for the reminder about Trader Sams. Have not stepped foot into the Disneyland Hotel. May do that this afternoon.

We didn't get a chance to go when we were out there. Everything I've heard about it has been great though.

Free Chik-fil-A!

My wife and kids dressed up as cows and got free meals for lunch. Apparently it's a national promotion. Dress up like a cow from head to toe and get a free meal. Have partial cow costume and you get a free entree. Today only. The one by our house was filled with cow people.

We know a couple families that are eating every meal at Chic-fil-a today because of that promo.

Truth is, it wasn’t done for the “movie”, someone did that on purpose and it was his pride and joy at the time.

And by "someone did that on purpose", do you mean.....you?

Dibs on the top one. The climb may be a bear, but we don't know how the plumbing is hooked up in that monstrosity, but the universal rule still holds true: poop runs downhill.

Too Funny...

Well here is what I found. I went into a local Citgo Gas Station and they had this Soda called Faygo, picked up the flavor Pineapple/Watermelon and it was the exact same taste as the one in cool club even had the pinkish color. It was dead on. I am heading back to the store today to stock up.

Faygo (and it's sister cola, Shasta) are headquartered in Detroit, so they're found just about everywhere up here in the Midwest. Can't say I've ever tried the Pineapple/Watermelon, but I may give it a try next time I see it.

I have a question... Does anyone ever stop in Epcot and visit the Coke store? Second question does anyone else think the Chinese cola is the best? Its the one with a pinkish color.

I am not really fond of watermelon. I like the lemon from Israel and the African Ginger Ale.

On the plus side, I can use the excuse of "no water pressure" to put off laundry and dishes until tonight.

I was only one when that Dolomite came out. My exposure to Dolomite comes from Futurama

Norm, I swear that at the Dole Plantation, I saw them pack your Dole Whip in dry ice and put an address label on it. It should be there real soon.

There's a speedway right outside the MK. That looks simialr to something you might see parked in the infield when you're watching a NASCAR race.

I need some help with something else. We are considering driving straight through to WDW instead of stopping in GA like we have in the past. Being that we are 58 days away from arrival could we still add an extra night? We had the dining plan so i kind of assume we may not get that.

You may or may not be able to. About a month before our May trip we decided to try and add an additional day to the front of of that trip. We weren't able to extend our stay at AKL so we wound up booking a night at the Dolphin. It wound up being great. We got to hang out on the boardwalk for the evening and the family had a great time. I wouldn't let a lack of meal plans, or park tickets keep you from extending. There are lots of relatively affordable places around their to eat, there are tons of things to do on non park stays and you can extend your stay relatively cheaply if you are willing to book in a non-disney hotel and switch.

On another trip we found a deal on the Doubletree near Seaworld and stayed there to add a night.
