I believe you. Aladdin carpets, tricertop, and Dumbo are all the same for me and we ride it when there is no line. I think we got an extra ride once when our family for divided up because they either counted wrong or an idiot family decided to split up after they got inside. That must have been what I was thinking of.

Evening guys...had a weird shift 12-8:30 tonight, and a weird day it was. Out of the blue, one of the worker casuals got transferred/swapped with another from a store that was having MAJOR issues. So in essence, we lose a good guy, and get a troublemaking chick in his place, ***? More drama to come.

Also got my annual preformance review, and much to my surprise, it was a glowing one again, I wasn't sure the way my work ethic/attitude has erroded in the past few months, but it made me look like a store leader. I guess I should be happy I'm highly thought of, but it makes me look too valuable there, so might not get moved period.

The story may be a little deep for a 4 year old...

I know some adults it could be deep for. We're taking our 4 yr old Friday, she'll sit between me and DW. She'll likely be more concerned for her snacks anyways.

I hope Journey into Imagination gets one. That 5 minute wait can be a killer.

I just KNEW you'd say something like this somehow. I said to DW about Nemo, sometimes I don't want to just walk onto a ride, I want it SOONER!

No idea, imagine she's younger, but really don't need to deal with more baggage. The stuff at the other store was serious beverly aparently, makes our store look sane. We might have more written-up staff then any other store now.

Also our former union rep pointed out to me tonight one of my in-store nemesis' is off for 3 days for unspecified reasons, came out of nowhere. She suspects he was suspended. Union-rep and I have decided to watch each other's backs from now on, so at least I'll have an ally in the store.

I think it might be an illusion from being higher up, but you are right, it does seem to go faster.

From last week, DW's first ever attempt at a princess-cake. A lot cheaper then the $60 they wanted at the shop.

Good day today. The plane ride was a bear. Got to the hotel at around 1 am Miami time. Nice place. Slept like the dead last night. Woke up to this view on my balcony this morning.

Tomorrow starts three days of diving.

I took the twins to the Disney Store at Mall of America today. You'd think I would know better than to take two three year olds to that place by myself. We get inside the door and they launch themselves off the stroller. DS heads to the Cars display and DD goes into the castle shaped dressing room. My daughter has VERY curly red hair. So naturally everyone was infatuated with her hair. A CM took her to the whole Merida section of the store. Damn you'd think they used DD as the model. Meanwhile DS is loading the stroller with die cast Cars. After I unload that mess DD comes over with the ENTIRE Cinderella costume ensemble. After some fast talking I got them to the 2 for $20 T-shirt table and they each picked one shirt.

Ah the joys of the Disney Store...Audrey usually goes to the display with all the small knickknacks/small toys, grabs some things and either goes to the stuffies area or the tv viewing area while I chase her. Sounds like you made a good compromise.
