DD just came to me and said:

"Dad, there's something weird about the TV. If you look really closely, you can see the picture is ACTUALLY just red, green, and blue lines on the screen."

Part of me wanted to reprimand her for being so close to the TV, but the other part is astonished that my 5yo figured out on her own something they spent the better part of a whole class going over in college.
