That stadium looks pretty cool. The aquarium in the backstop is awesome, but I'm not sure about the "art" piece beyond the outfield wall. Make sure you post some pictures from opening day!

Will have the camera ready. We are in the lower deck just past first base down the line. Any Dads down here during the season (Brian?), let me know. If I don't have tickets, plenty will be available.

Not sure about the aquarium though. Supposedly break proof but can imagine a foul tip breaking the glass and the bat boys running around grabbing tropical fish.

On an other note, Manning and the Fins met today. Mortenson said they already met in Indy. Seems he is POed that when he arrived in his condo down here after the Indy press conference helicopters followed him around. We shall see.

Hi Guys just checking in to say HI and I just got in ten minutes ago and see where I had to go first :worship::worship::worship: nice to be back here at Dis Dads you guys are all awesome !!!!!!!!!
Full report tommorow just to tired to do it now :sad2:

James...congratulations on the new baby!! He is a handsome fella...look forward to seeing more pictures of him!!!:thumbsup2

Mark....Hoping that you and Julie get to have a nice time at the beach...you need to unwind and get away from things for a few days.

Happy Anniversary Stopher!!!:dance3:

Happy Birthday Christian!!

I am sure that I missed something...it is hard to keep up with all the goings on here and say employed at the same time!!:lmao: I am working on my bracket this evneing...I was disappointed that Marshall was left out of the big Dance but glad that we at least made the NIT for the first time since 1988!!:woohoo:

I am on call for the next few days so I will most likely be MIA from home. I realy hate that!!!

I posted on the FAcebook thread but will here also...Shari and I are going to put a little homemade disneycook book together for our cruise famliies for the fish extender gift exchange. (for those of you who have no idea what it is..outside each stateroom is a fish for the crew to leave you messages and a fish extender is something you make at home and hang from it. During the trip the families leave little gifts for each other) Anyway, long story short (too late I know) what are you favorite Disney Dishes that you would like to have the recipes too easily accesable??

Strawberry soup :thumbsup2

Good morning guys :thumbsup2

During driving yesterday I heard a talking head discuss how over rated the Big Ten is :rolleyes1. He is a former PAC 10 guy. How many of those teams made the tournament :confused3

Morning Duck and Mr. and Mrs America!

Feeling a little down today, I have to have the roof done on the house, and the last estimate was about 6200$ Seeing as we dont have nearly that much set aside, I can almost see our Thanksgiving Disney trip going away. But... such is life I guess.

Matt

Morning everyone....

Prayers out to everyone who needs them, missed a couple of days, not up to back-reading, just too damn tired. :headache: Have had to take today off as our babysitter plans bottomed out, so gotta keep an eye on Amelia. Major sleep issues lately, a couple of hours each the past couple of nights.

Matt, hope a little luck comes your way, and I hope as heck you can still get in that trip! :goodvibes

morning everyone! I see the tag fairy paid me a visit at some point.:thumbsup2

Just a lot of aggravating weeks put together I guess. At this point, Im pretty sure the light at the end of the tunnel is actually the headlight on a train!:lmao:

:sad2: Usually the Big Ten is underrated, but more often than not, there's a Big Ten team in the Final Four. We'll see how this one plays out, but top to bottom, the Big Ten was solid this year. Pac-10 (12) guys have no right to even talk about basketball. :lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

They can start talking smack about other conferences when their regular season champion qualifies for the tournament. :rolleyes1

Welcome Home! How was the trip?

That's a bummer, Matt. Given the choice between a roof over my head and a Disney trip, I'd probably give it some very careful consideration, but would lean toward the roof - as cruddy as that may be. :headache:

School drama. My youngest (7) a bad grade on an AR test so she wrote a note, "books are for jerks" and think she drew a picture of her teacher. The teacher found the note and child claimed it was self-portrait. Teacher sent child's drawing along with her note home and was not happy.

Is it bad if i find some humor in this?

:lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

Um, I mean, yes, it's bad.

You should have sent a note back saying, "Sorry, we told her to write 'Books are for buttheads.' Our mistake."

Ugh. Sorry, Matt. No way around it...that's just crappy.

Good Afternoon Gentlemen, I just wanted to stop in and share that my wife had our little bundle of joy last Monday March 5th at 8:17pm. His name is Zachary Christopher and was 9pounds 10 ounces and 21 1/4 inches long.

He is absolutely beautiful and a trooper. he spent the first days of his life getting poked and prodded in the level II nursery because he started out not being able to regulate his blood sugar. Everything is just fine for him now. Today at the old age of one week he got to have his first ultrasound and X-ray to check out a dimple on his rear end. Praying that everthing is all good and there are noe problem.

He is truely a joy and a gift from God Enjoy a few pictures, I have many more on facebook and will be adding more.

:headache::headache: Sorry to hear that, Matt. I don't do roofs or I'd head down there to help out! Any chance it could wait until after the trip? I hear an extra does of tar works! :lmao::lmao:

Thanks Don and everyone else!

No, I would love to put it off, but I put if off last summer, so its really needed now, especially after the last hurricane that came thru in Sept. Im working on getting a few more estimates, and hopefully something will come in a little closer to 5K.
