I can't speak for ALL Canadian's... but March Madness is not as big here as it is in the US.

Although there are plenty o' people who do follow it closely here, I am not one.

Do I have to hand in my man card...? Or can I keep the CDN man card, and just lose privileges to apply for a US Man card?

Yeah, when you come from a place where the sporting background is Hockey and indoor lacrosse, sports that the blow a whistle anytime someone is touched and falls over can't really hold your interest.
