My wife thinks these doors are hilarious. I tell her they look like pins with slots in them. She says they look like something else.

Randall if I told you once, I have told you a 1000 times. Stay out of my backyard!!!:rotfl:

In other words, "GET OFF MY LAWN!"

Speaking of great views...

Here's a link to some awesome pics taken from the Crane right behind Cinderella Castle. Cool perspective!

Awesome shots! :thumbsup2

Mark, our first meal in Paris was right up your alley, Breakfast in America. They were just a few doors down from our hotel.

Looks cool! I'm proud of the fact that you knew if I was ever in Paris, I would bypass all the local cuisine and head straight for the American-ized place. :rotfl2:

Apparently the sun never shines in Paris.

DLP was our last day in France and it rained the whole day. We were in Disney but it was so dark, dreary and wet. And so many of the rides were shut down because of the rain. So to keep our spirits up, I sang "Signing in the Rain" as we walked around.

:confused3

What? I was an American in Paris! :rotfl:

Did you stay in any of the Disney hotels over there?

Sobering too...he described the event in detail and with a clarity I can't describe. My dad just stood there with his mouth open...I took detailed notes:thumbsup2

Must have been amazing to listen! My grandfather was one of the paratroopers. Worked on setting up communication lines.

Ever read Stephen Ambrose's books on WWII? (Band of Brothers, D-Day, Citizen Soldier) Some amazing stories in there.

That I know of no one in my family was in WWII. If they were they never spoke of it, (which is a common thing from what I hear).

I love talking to my older relatives and neighbors. The stories they tell, things they did or had to endure. Just puts me in a state of aw. They are stories you don't hear very often but they are great to listen too. Better than reading it in a book.

Like Bo, none of my relatives were in WWII. I had an uncle serve in Korea and my dad served in Germany in the 50s.

We also had a hired man on the farm when I was growing up that served in Vietnam. We'd be sitting around taking a break outside the barn and all of a sudden he's say "helicopter coming". 3 or 4 minutes later, the rest of us would hear it and it would fly over.
