I'm looking at dumping Time-Warner cable television and switching to SureWest, because of a combination of rises costs and continual service problems from TWC. As if I needed any further encouragement, logging in to TWC's customer service site to pull information to make sure I'm comparing apples-to-apples as much as possible between TWC and SureWest is taking FOREVER, because TWC's site so abyssmally slow.
