I forgot to mention.....

So my favorite part of being a dad to a newborn is upon us. My son, Christopher (what do you know.. another Christopher), has begun cutting 2 teeth. Hurray!!!

Is he in the, "Hey, whatever that is let me put it in my mouth" stage?

My little guy (who is now 7) would put anything in his mouth and he was lightning quick. One time, he crawled and saw an ant. As I later told my wife, I got most of the ant out of his mouth before he swallowed it.

I am having so much fun right now with DS and the putting-everything-in-his mouth-phase.

He has two bottom teeth that came in a while ago. We think he's about to cut some more, but don't see any buds yet. In the meantime, now that he's mobile and pulling himself up to a standing position on whatever he can reach... well, a lot of things are getting into his mouth. This morning, I caught him just as he was stuffing a plastic toy dress-up ring into his mouth. He put up a fight but I got it out.

He must have also gone through a growth spurt because I could swear I moved certain things out of his reach earlier in the week and today he got at them.

Got my picture with Flynn Rider and realized I finally get my picture with a Disney "Prince" and he's wearing pants while I had on tights.

Really? everyone else had on state-of-the-art, aerodynamically and thermal-efficient running pants, and you chose to wear tights??

Yeah, I've only come across the first victim and "suspect" so far...does oracle give you a heads up like she did for deadshot?

They all can't be fresh for years. When I find that I Am Not Being Entertained, I stop watching. There will always be something on that I will like to watch. I loved the X-Files, I watched every season but the last one. Why, because it sucked, I wasn't entertained, I stopped watching. Hollywood's job is to entertain me, if I'm not, well shame on me for watching their crud!

I know how that feels. When the wife was unemployed, I almost never got to play...in fact, it would be months between gaming sessions.

Now that she's working, and on a different schedule than me...plus I have the new Batman game...I have a lot more opportunity.

A lot of chatting about LOST... I remember watching the premiere, I was at work and I was thinking to myself, "this has got to be the lamest thing I have ever seen." And then I watched every episode.

I loved 24. I enjoy Ghosthunters, and some of the other paranormal shows. I hate Ghost Adventures though. I will watch it, but I wish they would just shut up sometimes.

I like Castle as well. I think it's funny. I am patiently waiting for The Walking Dead to resume, and for the 2nd season of Game of Thrones, even though I dropped HBO from my cable due to budgeting.
