Is that what you do..Atkins? My DH swears by it. I find it very difficult to stay on Atkins because I like to have a sweet (ff chocolate pudding, skinny cow ice cream, or a couple of pieces of dark choc) & you can't do that on atkins.
The 100 day thing is just a way to jumpstart me into losing weight..I would have alittle more to go after the 100 days is over..but about 120 days or some from now I will be in WDW with free food..& then all bets are off.
I will have to resume ww's when I return. Theres no way I am going to able to diet at WDW especially with the free food!
Today is day 5, so why don't you jump on the bandwagon with me & you can do a 95 day challenge?
