I'm down another 2.7 pounds. I'm still not back on track, this would go much faster if I started exercising again, the eating part hasn't been too bad.

Woooooohooooo Becky good job!!!!!!

I am getting ready to go pack for our Hot-lanta trip.
I am soooooooooooo excited ya'll that I don't hardly know what to do with myself. We are leaving around 8am tomorrow morning. I have to be at the venue at 1:45 to check in for my meet & greet. There is a possiblity that Rick might not be at the sound check though, if he isn't then I get a pass to meet him after the concert.
Think of me between 2 & 3 pm eastern standard time & pray that I don't make a fool out of myself or cry too much. I hope I at least get a hug .
I will tell ya'll all about it when we get back Sunday.

Hey girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, I am just now getting to post.....but I was wiped out when we got home yesterday-I guess all the excitement finally caught up with me.

Let me just say........it was AMAZING. Everything I had hoped for & more.
The sound check was so awesome. I sat right in front of the stage & watched them tweak all the instruments etc & then out came Rick. He sang & played the guitar---I felt like I had my own personal concert. After they got everything squared away, he came off stage & we got to chat, get pictures & he autographed my page. I did so good---no crying, able to talk to him & everything. He is so nice & down to earth. I gave him his bottle of wine & we chatted about that & then he gave me a great big HUG!!!! It was great. We also ended up in the same hotel (which was a total coincidence) so we saw him after the show.......& I got a big smile & a wave as he walked to the elevator to go to his room. It was a true DREAM COME TRUE.

Well, I must be learning something in this process. It's been a good month since I was really trying to lose and have exercise. Yet, when I stepped on the scale this morning I come to find that I have managed to maintain, maybe gained 1 as I can't remember exactly where I was. This week's goal is to return to tracking my food and drinking water. I think those were two of the key factors in my earlier success and I want to make sure I get them back on track first.

You guys are great. Thanks for letting me share it with you. It really was one of the best times in my life & one I will look back on with very fond memories always. He was so nice, sweet & down to Earth. I am still floating around on .

I am in such amazement when I step on the scale. I felt so bloated yesterday & thought for sure the scale would reflect this. I was pleasantly surprised this morning
