Jan 23, 2008 145.4 lbs. Stayed the same which is amazing given that I haven't followed my plan for the last 2 weeks. I did want to check in though and let you know that I haven't quit.

Hi everyone! I am really going to set my mind & do this.
First Goal: Lose 10 pounds by March 1st
Second Goal: Lose another 20 pounds by Dec. 1st
I am going to watch what I eat & curb the sweets. I will also drink more water. I will try to start walking more for exercise & then once I lose some weight, I will concentrate more on exercising.
I want to be able to fit into my smaller clothes & not cringe when I look at myself in the mirror. I tell everyone that I am happy with myself & this is me. But I am not & I need to quit trying to kid myself.

My last 3 pounds I lost was due to having to run to the bathroom for a couple of days lol I weigh 130 now which was my goal. Now I just need to maintain Wow you have done such an awesome job way to go! I hope I can follow in your footsteps!!!
9 pounds so far! Hard to stay on track with walking lately, though, with all this cold, nasty weather.
I forgot to post my weigh in here. As of Thursday 1/24 I am down 12lbs.

to say that I gained back 10lbs over the last 3 months, so that is what made me wake up & smell the coffee & realize that if I don't get in gear I will be right back where I started.
