Oh and by the way!

I am going Panama Canal Cruisin'
 :dance3: :cheer2: :beach: pirate: :boat: :dancer: :jumping1: :sail: :bounce: :maleficen :sulley: :hmghost: :figment:

My vacation request was approved. Airfare is booked to California. I need to drive to the airport to book airfare home. If you book online through Allegiant air they charge an $11.50 per ticket or $10 per ticket booking by phone convenience fee. They do not charge that fee if you purchase at the airport. Since I work nearby I will just buy the tickets at the airport.

We also need to find a hotel room for California and rental car for both CA and FL. Buy Disneyland tickets and lots more.

Ok they are on their way and anything else I get I will send to you.
Thank you!

Yay for Andrew!
:cool1: Andrew!

Tammi - good luck with all the trip planning! :wizard: Sounds like you had a good weekend, and I'm glad things are beginning to come together to your advantage with the ex.
Thanks Lindsay!

Tammi -- Bob is such a nice guy to take Nicholas to the batting cages. A+ to him!
He is wonderful!

I just bought my cousin and her husband a copy of the newspaper from their wedding day (7/7/07) for their anniversary. It's their first anniversary (get it? :teeth: Paper? :rotfl: ) and it comes 11x17 and I plan on framing it...Can anyone else think of something else that I could put with it? The already subscribe to the paper so I can't get them a subscription...
Brilliant!

No but thank you for pointing it out. I wonder if Bob and I qualify for a blended family, plus I can add in my parents since they've vacationed with me several times.

My mom just phoned. They have her breast ultrasound scheduled for a week from tomorrow (May 27) but then she doesn't have her surgical consult until June 2, and her surgery won't be until some date after that.:headache:
Starting June 9 Princess will be back home, the Uncles will be on their cruise, DS will be out of school and it will be very hard for me to go up there. :sad2: I don't know if they can get her scheduled for a date that I am still off work or not. I have vacation days, but it would put my bosses in a pinch to have to have someone cover for me the day Princess comes back. :headache: Hopefully my friend will be back from her Austin baby nurse assignment by then, just in case.

EDIT:
Oh, she said yesterday she needs to buy a new car. We already knew that, but she prefers to put Band Aids on gunshot wounds. So I just now asked her if she has given any thought to the car. She thinks she'll put some more repairs into her old one! GRRRR! I told her AGAIN that she needs to CASH IN THE LIFE INSURANCE policy she has on me and use the money for a down payment. She refused. I asked her to give me a reason WHY. She said she would have to pay taxes on the money? I told her to let me cash it and pay the taxes, and she can have the cash. She said I am running up her phone bill. I told her to cash the policy. She said she isn't going to do that, she doesn't want to talk about it anymore, and she HUNG UP ON ME!
I hope everything works out easy enough for you. :wizard:

Why can't I be one of those people who just does things halfway? It would be so much easier. There is a lot involved in training for a marathon and if I do this I will do it the whole way! Which also sets me up for failure.
I am. I know I would never want to do anything like that, and I know if I decided that I DID want to do it, I wouldn't! So I don't have to worry about anything!!! :rotfl2: But I commend you and wish you luck! :wizard:

Sounds like heaven!

Chanon, Janet, & I will be there 12/3-12/8. Attending the 12/4 MVCMP.
We will be there Nov. 30-Dec. 6

Becky,
I am so sorry.
I'm sorry Becky. :grouphug:

Well, it's official. I am registered for the Princess Half Marathon in March 2009. I better get in shape now. I figured I would have to sign up or I would never actually start the program. This better be me in the next 10 months.

Get running Vicki!!! Good luck! :wizard:

So the soccer drama continues... Eric had a formal complaint lodged against him as a result of Molly's game from this past Thursday night. The other team is coached by 2 girls who are about 16 years old as not one of the parents would step up and volunteer. There was this one dad from the other team who was obnoxious the entire game. He was yelling and screaming at Eric, our other coach and the kids. He felt that Eric was not being fair on the field. What I can't understand is that we do not keep score, the game is played for fun. The coaches are there to teach them the basics of the game in a non competitive atmosphere. The director of the clinic teams is the mom of the opposing teams coach. So in order for her to remain unbiased she is going to bring this matter before the Board of Directors on Wednesday evening for a decision to be made.

The end of soccer and school cannot come fast enough!

I kept Emma home from school today. She was feeling better but I thought a day away would be good for her. Luckily only the brothers showed up so it was a relatively easy day. We spent the afternoon researching what else, Egypt and King Tut!

You can do it Vicki! :cool1:

My service unit told me I did not need to attend the Bridging ceremony tonight, so I get to be home tonight.:goodvibes :cool1:

So after spending all weekend soggy from being out in the rain, I think I may be getting sick. I am in my bed with my laptop.:cool2:

My cat Penny died today. This is the first time I have been petless in over 20 years. She was 18 years old.

I am glad you got some down time, Becky, but I am so sorry that you are sick and that you lost poor Penny.

Denise - Was it you that recommended something to help with bed wetting? My niece is five and having a really hard time with it emotionally, I told my SIL that I thought someone had mention something that really helped.

Sounds like you could all use some of these

Thanks so much! Emma keeps asking me everyday if I've found a new one yet. I called Lost & Found at DTD and Pop again today but they don't have it. I tried a TJ Max today at lunch. This hunt could get costly as I found lots of other stuff to buy today.;)

Thanks! Emma is so much better now! Did you get the photopass password? I'll be working on borders for a while if you want to add some to your photos.

Sounds like Deb's family!

:wizard: Hope you don't get sick.

So sorry about Penny.

Glad Emma is feeling better. I will take a look in Marshall's the next time I'm in there for a hat.

I'm so sorry to hear this Becky, Congratulations on the cruise.

Thanks for the ideas. :)

I have no idea on sweets, other then the birthday cake.

Glynis's Oreo truffles were a huge hit around here.

 You sure can't catch a break lately, Pee Wee football was the most vindictive thing we have ever been involved with. If the adults could learn to get along everythiiing would be fine.

Garrett has 8th grade recognition Thursday night, so we went shopping tonight for something besides jeans for him to wear.

My baby will be in High School soon

Wow, we'd be perfect for that. Of course it's the first 2 weeks of June and the kids are still in school. Chris thinks we should apply anyway. Did anyone check to see what it entailed?

Denise - Was it you that recommended something to help with bed wetting? My niece is five and having a really hard time with it emotionally, I told my SIL that I thought someone had mention something that really helped.

Colby still has wet nights, though not as often as he used to. We use Goodnights on him as they are the only product that will contain him. Someday he will be dry.

Congrats Becky

You will get through it, Janet. I am not saying it is easy, but you WILL get through it (and college) ;)
