Could I ask for some pixie dust for Saturday please? I am having 20+ people over for that cookout and the weather forecast is rather bleak.....thunderstorms. I don't mind cooking in the rain, but I don't know where I'll put all these people if they can't be outside on the deck!

Neither did my dad. He was not happy. Since he was a professor at the college, he read about it in the campus report. I was in so much trouble!!!

Still no word from my mom.
I will call her at 2:30. I don't know what her plan for the day was, but if she happened to go to work then she will be finished at 2:30 and she will answer her phone. If I call now and she doesn't answer I won't know if she is still at the Dr. or if she is working. And she never looks to see if she has messages.

But he was not the type I had in mind for myself, so maybe that's why she said it! He was a redhead, had a mustache, drove a big, ugly truck. I liked blond boys, clean shaven, who drove nice cars. Funny how things work out.

I'm going to beg some spare pixie dust if you've got it. I was told by my doctor that I'm not producing enough progesterone, so they've put me on a pill for that. I have to go to the doctor for an ultrasound tomorrow afternoon to make sure that all is well. Please send me good thoughts for a safe baby, and an ultrasound that shows that all is going well!

I'm an older woman, too. We're coming to the time of year that dh likes, because between my birthday in May and his in August, he can claim to be 2 years younger than me.

And I don't think that I have said CONGRATULATIONS!!!! yet.

My SIL was on progesterone for her last pregnancy. She had miscarried before that pregnancy, and they determined that was probably the reason for that loss, too. He was number 5 for them, too, and he is a wonderful 2 year old now. I hope that you have the same results.

Something like that. It did have my full name.

That's what the doctor thinks happens last summer, too. So, I'm thrilled to be on a pill! Hopefully, we caught it in time!
