Whatever. I knew you wouldn't like the pictures. It's not like I had 100 pictures to choose from. And besides, I did delete one of them! :teeth:

I'm guessing that sewing thing isn't going to happen now that you have two Webkinz! ;)

What did you name them? Will you tell your MIL their names? :rotfl:

If my MIL shows interest in Webkinz, I will gladly tell her their names :) And really, you know I was totally not sold on the sewing thing! :rotfl:

Our Bengal Tiger is named Kairi, and the Lion is Asante. I think the next one I need has to be something girly and more domesticated, so I can justify using some of the room themes! :rotfl:

In Webkinz World, I highly recommend Booger Gets An A. I'm addicted to that, though I haven't played for quite a while.

I did like that one. It took a ton of time (since I've known addition for a while! :)) but got pretty much money! Same with ..... Quizzy's Word something or other? Kyle and I were playing that one this evening.

I'm sorry I didn't take the time to crop, but I didn't want to keep you waiting any longer...you've been so patient! :rotfl:

I took the time to upload a few other pictures, too. Here's my big boy playing at the park. :goodvibes

Thanks for sharing all those photos! Contrary to what Jennifer thinks, they are great photos and all of you look terrific. I love the first picture of Matthew on the slide with his hair standing on end.

I don't know what an e-check is since we had no inspections on vehicles at all when we lived in Ohio! If it is an emissions control inspection then that is partly what our cars have to go through here in the DC area. there is a safety check and also an emissions control check. Both must be passed before you can license your vehicle here.

NYS requires annual safety and emissions inspections, too.

I was trying to read backwards a bit to get caught up, but I have to run.

Have a great night, DDA!

Yes Denise I am getting very excited  good luck with the seating at Chef Mickey's, you never know :wizard:

Kristine I think that was nice of Bill to suggest your ex flying with Christopher. Hope it all works out!

Jennifer - you look amazing for having 2 little babies perculating in there. No one would ever know you were pregnant if it weren't for your belly. You certainly are doing well on the weight gain, or not, as the case may be!

And Amy - I had to go back and edit this because that I forgot that you were prego too! You don't look it at all!

How fun for you to be going through this together.

Tammi, I hope you get out of appliance and car purgatory ASAP!
Thanks for all the good thoughts everyone, but I had to comment on this one. That certainly is a good way to put it! :rotfl:

Hey Tammi....

I hope this brings you a chuckle (or maybe a gasp) on June 1st, Jeff (my ex) will be spending the night with us at AKL!! Aren't I progressive??!! :rotfl2:
Oh my.......good luck! :rotfl: Did he jump at the chance???? I envision him spending the following day with you all touring through a park. :rolleyes1

What if he wants to stay for the rest of the trip? Was Jeff coming that way to begin with, or is he just flying out there so Christopher doesn't have to fly by himself?
It's good that it was Bill's idea. Now you have someone to blame. ;)

Stranger things have happened! Good luck! :wizard:
:lmao: :lmao:

Our Bengal Tiger is named Kairi, and the Lion is Asante. I think the next one I need has to be something girly and more domesticated, so I can justify using some of the room themes! :rotfl:
I have the white terrier and her name is Sweetpea. She has the Sweets and Treats living room and the ballerina bedroom. She also has a yard that is better landscaped than mine, with a koi pond, swimming pool and vegetable garden. Yes, I'm addicted.

Bernadette - Is this the SIL that makes the hats? She should be able to figure out the buttonhole thing. :thumbsup2

But guess what I found at Marshall's? A Baggalini sling bag!! It is a small one that will be perfect for the parks!
Yes! She also makes dolls, period doll clothes, her DD's wedding gown-very elaborate Vicotorian thing. I think she can do a buttonhole!

LOVE your Baggalini!

I was thinking the same thing about their cereals. Kristin eats Special K and I like the low-fat granola with yogurt. I could be persuaded to use milk on it, I suppose. ;)

Bob loves to have snacks on-hand in the room so some of those looks like they would work too. And the prices for mini deodorant/antiperspirants also look comparable to what I pay here, so those make sense.

Have you tried their sunscreen towelettes? I have thought those would be nice to throw in if I could find them locally.

It certainly wouldn't take long to make up a $20 order.
I've never used the sunscreen toweletts.

Bernadette
what all do you order from minimus? I saw they were advertising on the Dis
I got deoderant, powder, Qtips, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, floss, laundry soap to do wash in the sink, eyeglass repair kit, small sunscreen, peanuts, cashews, granola bars, oyster crackers, cereal bowls, fritos, pringles.....

Thanks to Elizabeth I bought a few packets of lemon juice for ice tea.

My van passed the safety inspection, but not the emissions. Seems the oxygen sensor is bad, which explains why my check engine light keeps coming on. It shouldn't, and I use that word very loosely, be a major expense, just an inconvenience of taking it back to the shop, having it diagnosed and a part ordered. Thanks for the PD!

You both look awesome!!!!

I took the time to upload a few other pictures, too. Here's my big boy playing at the park. :goodvibes

How cute!!!! LOVE that photo!

Bernadette, I'm impressed with all your sewing projects!
Thanks!

Has anyone Urodynamics tests run? I went to the Urologist today about the severe Stress Incontinence. He did a test which showed it is SI, but he wants to run these tests to see if I am a good candidate for Sling surgery. The tests sounded a bit unnerving. Any advice would be appreciated! Oh, and I also had my 1st mammogram today. I'm looking for a big glass of wine...
:wizard: Good luck with that!

Somebody, made really cute outfits, but I can't find the pictures!
For Emma for our trip. Then I'll have to make some for Joe & Lizzy for our August trip:

Anyone have luck with just walking up to get an ADR? Since we're arriving a day early and it's so close to our trip, I can't find anywhere to eat for the 1st morning/lunch. Do you think if John goes down to Chef Mickey's and puts our name on the list we'd have a chance at a table?
It can't hurt to try and I think you might want to check at the concierge desk at the resort.

Hello

NICE!!!!!

thankfully we are doing a water park the next day....no way would he do that

Yesterday our youngest son moved to Florida. :sad1: Apparently he has been seriously thinking of this for over a year. I just found out a few weeks ago. Needless to say, I am devistated over this. I have always told my kids they could do what they wanted. If they wanted to leave the area, so be it. I have lived all over and have seen a lot, and if they need to travel they would have our blessing. It would be sad, but I have to think they would always come home to visit sooner or later when they could afford it.

Ever since he was in the Navy, I knew he would be the one to travel. Then one night going back to the base in Georgia, he was helping to drive back with two other friends. Because the owner of the truck was really tired, Steve offered to drive his truck. So the friend and his other friend, JJ were driving in JJ's car. It was raining and the car hit water and went off the road, across the medium and hit head-on a tractor trailer. The other young man was literally cut in half by the seat belt and Steve helped to try and find the body in the pouring rain. He later said all he could smell was gasoline.

I always knew he had never gotten over this and this past year was really sure of it. The accident happened almost 10 years ago, but it is something one can never forget. He even was asked to accompany JJ's body home to Ohio. After that, he admitted to doing drugs and then started drinking. He got out of the Navy and came home and did all kind of jobs. He has done masonry and seems to be really good at what he does. He got hooked up with a girl he had met while knowing JJ and his family. Apparently they kept in touch and now he is moving down there and she is gonna help him get back on track. I have to keep telling myself that he needs time and hopefully this will help.

He was trying to get ready for the past week to go down. His idea was to drive a van down that is older than the hills. He got an hour down the road yesterday and called us to say that he had a flat tire so we had to get the spare (which he did not have in the van) :headache: and drive down to get it to him. I made him call me every so often so I knew he was doing okay.
He finally arrived today at about noon after leaving yesterday at 5pm after the tire problem. This youngest son of mine is 29 years old and I keep waiting for him to grow up. :lmao:

Sorry for rambling on like this, but I just needed to get this out of my system.

  Wow, that is a lot to have to deal with. I hope that things go well for him:hug:  does that mean more trips to Florida for you?:goodvibes

We made our reservations for the Bertram Inn yesterday. Yesterday on her way into Boston for the day (she was volunteering for the Boston Marathon) Kathrin walked down to the area where the inns are located. She was able to walk into both the Bertram Inn and the Samuel Sewall Inn and look around. Although she said that both seem lovely there was something about the Bertram Inn that she liked better. That was how I felt looking at their websites too, so I called and made our reservations.

Here are a few photos I was able to lift from their website. I think this will be a very relaxing time for us! :goodvibes

It looks heavenly

Please send some PD that my van passes inspection. I can't afford another bill!!!!

:wizard: :wizard:

Elizabeth - congrats on your shopping day!

I'm not sure what kind of van you have. I asked Chris what an O2 sensor goes for. He thinks about $200 plus an hour labor.

That does not sound like a fun day. I hope they can help with the SI issue. I've known a few people that have had success with the sling surgery. I don't have any info other than they were happy with the results.

Chris-
Nice truck! I love the color!!!

It is the same color as his old truck. We had wanted Salsa red, Pyrite or blue, but there are none out there at the moment and we didn't want to miss out on 0% financing which could end at the end of this month. It is huge. There is a ton of room in the back seat which is perfect for the boys. There is more passenger room in the truck than in the car. His coworkers are reporting better gas mileage than in the older models. Hopefully this is a win win purchase.

Free to Good Home: One cute but mischievous 4 year old girl. Has a loving heart and lives for missions of destructions. Likes to snuggle and cuddle. Likes to ignore directions and requests. Can melt your heart and drive you crazy all at the same time. Comes to you with a full closet of clothes, a filled toy box and overflowing bookcase. Her tired parents will even continue to pay for her care. Any takers :rolleyes1
