I know. BUT...My cousin and I were talking about it, and we are both in sort of the same spot. We WISH we could just let our mothers make thier own choices, but we stand to take a HUGE hit by each of us inheriting a sister. Her sister has spina bifida as well as developmental delays and her mom has NOTHING in place for her as far as a care plan. So my cousin would have to sort that out if something happened to her mom. Her mom refuses to make arrangements. My sister isn't disabled, but it would be a very major lifestyle change to incorporate her into our family. So I kind of feel like I really need to closely monitor what goes on so she doesn't land in my lap unexpectedly.
Please remind me again how old your sister is? Is she still 16?

for you to get through this. I think a counselor would be a great idea.
So, my day started by bolting out of bed at 4 a.m., and unfortunately hasn't improved much since.

Its going to be crowded!
