What prints?

They are giving 4 lithos/prints from the movie if you pre-order Enchanted, like they did for 101 Dalhmantions. Check with your Disney Store, I would think its a store-wide thing & not just here in NY. 3 of the prints are live & 1 is the animated Giselle & Prince Edward.

I got Katie 101 Dalhmations, Daniel I got Snowbuddies, & for Sophie I got Cinderella 2 for their Easter gifts. We also had light up spinners at the store for $2 after my discount so I got each of my kids one so they can bring them to night parades & Fantasmic. (Thats if I feel like carrying them! ).

Tammi, I also have an e-mail from Best Buy for $10 off another Disney DVD if you pre-order Enchanted. I'd be happy to send it to you if you'd like. (They also pledge that they will lower the price you pay for the movie if it's on sale when released, which I'm sure it will be.)

So who is watching America Idol this season?

I told DH last week that I really, really don't like that one guy. Then I see yesterday that he spent 3 years dancing NAKED! No wonder he has that really arrogant attitude. Like those boys in high school who were CONSTANTLY hounding the girls for, um, attention. He just has that attitude that he thinks he is soooooo cool, but he tries to act like he is humble. He kind of makes me nauseous.

I do really like that little David Archuleta. He is precious and he is an amazing performer.

I also really liked the Lionel Richie meets Pearl Jam guy! The problem is that I have heard him botch lyrics twice in the handful of times he has been on, which can't be good. He messed up a lyric in his audition and he did it again last week. What boggles my mind is that the judges don't call him on it! Maybe they don't know the lyrics, either?

Hi everyone! Back from Vegas! Too short of a trip, that's for sure. The Wynn is beautiful, Spamalot was awesome and The Buffet at the Wynn was delish! Took us an hour and a half to get home from the airport - normally a 40 minute drive. Ice was horrible! We couldn't see any lines on the freeway and almost hit a tree on a road close to home. Lost power about midnight and didn't come back on until 10:30am this morning. I'll have photos up later tonight if I get a chance after class.

Glad you made it back safely and that you had a great trip.

Elizabeth we are watching Idol. I thought that the pretty boy/exotic dancer might be a little on the feminine side I agree with the other 2 you mentioned. They seem to really put on a good show.

I must tell you that my boys have behaved so well today. Hunter and Colby have played together all day without a single fight. Nick is doing his own thing. Seeing Hunter and Colby together remind me of how Nick and Hunter used to play together all the time

Funny you say that. The internet report that I saw today said the club where he danced served MALE clientele! But he still has that attitude that the straight boys have. Strange. And he sang a Celine Dion song! Even stranger!

Unfortunately he does sing fairly well, even if I don't like his personality.

DH is on his first ride-along for a convenience store route today. They have SEVENTEEN stores! He called and told me to go get DS. Princess is SOOOO excited. She said "Princess & Elizabeth go pick up DS?" I told her yes. She said "DS will be so happy to see me!"

She lasted the whole day at school so she must be feeling OK. I do think she is constipated, so I am letting her drink juice (which is a HUGE treat because she almost never gets to have it).

I'm planning on putting Enchanted in Alyssa's basket and the Chihuahua Webkin in Nicholas', plus the usual jellybeans, chocolate eggs and Reese's peanut butter eggs.

I'm hoping someone buys Enchanted for Alyssa's birthday since I've already bought some books and puzzles for their Easter baskets. Somehow I've managed to resist the lure of the Reeses peanut butter eggs so far this season!

I don't think David H. (stripper dude) has an attitude but Danny boy sure does (and a flamboyant one at that). I also liked David Cook's version of "Hello." It's hard to deny that David A. has talent, but he's just too goody goody for me. I know he's only 17, but I prefer "bad boys." (Except bad boys who max my credit cards, which is why my mom prayed for me to marry a good boy like Kevin )

The judges are often clueless (well, Paula is always clueless ). Last night Randy compared Michael Johns to Michael Hutchence (INXS) which was weird after he just sang a Simple Minds song.

I hope DS wasn't teased about his glasses today.

Has anyone seen High School Musical, the live stage production?

My MIL just informed me that she bought Alyssa and me tickets for Saturday's 2 p.m. show. Alyssa has never seen the movie, and I've only seen it once. Think it'll hold her attention?

I guess it'll be Girl's Club on Saturday! I think Kevin is a little put out that she didn't include him, too.

Amy - They are ALL called "David" so I have to give them some other designation!
We call Danny "the feisty gay one" because that suits him perfectly! He is hilarious, but his vocals aren't that strong.
Luke can go home. His vocals are mamby-pamby and his stage presence is lacking.
I call the one David "the naked boy", the other David "the lyric butcher" (though he did very well last night), and the other David "the adorable little one".
Chikezie & Jason are ones I don't have an opinion of one way or the other.
Michael is pretty good, depending on the song. It was funny because DH said that was an INXS song, which I disagreed with. Then the judges said he sounded like Michael Hutchence, which he does, but I still didn't think that was an INXS song!

Anne Marie & Elizabeth how do you deal with the humidity in August at Disney? It does get really warm & humid here in the summer, but then I stay inside as much as possible lol

I am thinking we need to get to the parks early & leave in the afternoon & return at night. Do you all stay at the parks or do you take breaks? I know neither of you like taking breaks, but do you do things differently in the summer?

I found 2 Wiggles DVDs for Princess at Ross. Those are getting really hard to find! Tia, they had "Yule be Wiggling". I thought of you! I would have gotten it but the package had been opened. The shrink wrap was gone and so was all of the adhesive they use to seal the edges. I didn't bother to open it to see what the disc looked like.

Mom's grocery store had about 5 different Wiggles titles right now. If you're looking for anything in particular or more of them, let me know.
