Dallas isn't a market for Wonder bread. I know this because one of ExMomboss's friends from CA has a DD with the worst milk allergy I have ever heard of, and Wonder bread doen't have milk in it. We don't HAVE Wonder bread around here, so when they came to visit I had the privilege of reading every freaking bread label in the store to find bread that little girl could eat! The Pepperidge Farm whole grain white has high fructose corn syrup in it, so that's out.
We have Wonder in the boonies, so if you ever need it again, let me know.
I am done with Round 1 of the practice recitals.
However, I have a nasty cold developing.

It came on very fast with a horrible sore throat and chapped lips. Very odd, but I am not at all comfy cozy right now. Talk about the grumpies taking over. That could do very easily happen to me. I need to eat some soup, put on my jammies and climb into bed with my laptop, my DDA friends and my Dining spreadsheet.
I'm so sorry you are starting to feel bad. PD that your intervention tonight works!
Lindsay -- I'm so sorry you are feeling under the weather. This weather has certainly been crazy. Flu and viral things are so rampant around here that when anyone says they are sick, we all take a step back. Jake told me the other night -- "I hope I don't get what you have Mommy -- you've been very sick." He was very happy when I told him that bladder infections are not contagious.
Jennifer -- you're pictures are amazing -- especially the first ones.
I had the most fun lunch yesterday with Lindsay and Elizabeth. Thanks ladies! We really do need to do them more often.
E-- I'm blown away that you are actually thinking you'll pack 32 shorts and 32 tops, plus everything else you need. I really need to see a picture of your luggage when you're ready to go.

There is no way I'd consider that -- I'd send them out to be cleaned if you're that set on not doing laundry, which would probably be cheaper than the excess luggage charge. I don't mind doing it while there -- it forces me slow down for a while. I always plan on taking it easy, but it never seems to happen. One of my favorite days from the last trip, was when we took time to do laundry, I got to read in the lounge for a while, and the boys and Randy had fun taking pictures and playing at the hotel.
I really am having a hard time with this infection, so I made the decision to stay home last night and miss the Pat Green concert. Instead, I watched TV. The boys spent the night at my brother and SIL's house, so it was quieter around here this morning, and we could take our time getting ready for Church.
I barely made it through Sunday School before I was tired, but we stayed through Church, then I crashed for the afternoon. We met Dad in Rockwall (40 min. away) for dinner at my favorite burger/cheese fry place. I split one with my SIL, but I'll still regret it in the morning when I get on that scale.
I hope everyone gets off to a great week!
