My morning started with my computer screen being wonky. I turned it on & my screen was sideways Nothing I did would correct it, I was getting very frustrated! Gary went online & I guess it is a common problem with Dell laptops & found a way to fix it. I don't understand why it change in the 1st place.

Now I need to get to work & then we are going to mil's for dinner.

Gary went online & I guess it is a common problem with Dell laptops & found a way to fix it. I don't understand why it change in the 1st place.

There's a set of keys you might have accidentally pushed to do that. I know my team love to do that if I forget to lock my screen before I walk away from it. I don't remember the keys though.

Good morning! My first pot of soup is just about done. It is just simmering now. We are trying a corn-potato chowder. It is still kind of soupy.

I'll be starting the Italian Sausage soup shortly. I want to use the pan that I made the corn-potato chowder so I am waiting until that is done so I can move it into the crock pot.

Mom is almost done ripping CD's. I love her but she can wear me out. She is so worried about my sister and the kids that she goes on & on about it. My sister & the kids can use some pixiedust and prayers. I can't go into details but they are dealing with some very tough stuff right now.

Chris and I have been playing on the webkinz site tonight. We were seeing who could find more words in the wordsearch game. I made it to a higher level

I'm headed to bed very soon. Tomorrow will be a day of skiing, but not until noon. We can ski until 9 PM though. I don't think we will last that long.

Have fun! That's the only reason I'd consider moving somewhere that it's cold...I'd have to be very close to skiing/tubing!

so The Game Plan was a much better movie than I was expecting...still corny and predictable but good!!

My boys have been watching it the last few nights and love it too!

I think I have discovered the drawback of going on one big trip instead of 3 shorter ones!

All three of my soups are done. Two of them are new. The corn-potato chowder is good but thin. I'll have to add more flour or use cornstarch next time. The cheese broccoli soup just got done and I haven't tried that one yet. The Italian Sausage soup is an old favorite so I don't have to try it to know it is fantastic.

Disney shuts down the IASW in the Land down for 5 days on each end...I can just imagine that's why they don't decorate the rides in the World.

The cheese broccoli soup is fantastic! I think I may make another pot of that today if I have enough extra ingredients. Yummy! It also says you can freeze it which was the reason for trying it in the first place.

Mom set the sewing machine up for me. We didn't have time for her to sew with me but I'm going to play with the sewing machine this afternoon. I have a couple of things that need mending (Nicky's outfits) so after I have played a little bit, I'll work on those.

Great! If Kristine forgets to get one in Feb. perhaps you can get one for me! And if you don't mind picking up the second one for me that would be awesome! I'll be happy to get 6 in August, so I'll have 5 to share with whoever is working on the set. Then we'll just have to hit up the Nov-Dec crowd for that final one in the series.
