I'll let you know! I figured it couldn't hurt, but I definitely don't expect anything!
I did have a valid reason for contacting them, though - as many times as I have changed it recently (every call in the last couple of months), they somehow have my old work e-mail that won't be valid here in a while on my profile. The weird thing is I have no idea how they got that e-mail address, as I never use it for Disney stuff.

They always say they change my contact info., but the next call I place, it's always reverted back.

I swear, they have the worst computer system!
