I had a busy week, plus I am fighting off not getting sick. I keep thinking I am getting a sinus infection then I feel better. I suspect it is allergies. I had my follow up ultrasound for after my surgery on Thursday. The Dr. office called me and left a message on Friday to call them but I did not see it until they were closed. I am assuming it was about the ultrasound. I hope that everything came back normal but I am worried as they called back probably as soon as they got the results.

I still have to figure out what I am doing with my trip pictures.

Great pictures of babies in the pumpkins

Stephanie congrats on the new cruise booking, it is addictive. I have 3 booked but at least 1 maybe 2 are dummy dates to be moved to 2012 or beyond.

Elin- Great pictures from F&W and the wine event

Deb- The paint will look very pretty with that mural

Debbie- The Grandkids are getting so big. I am jealous that you got to carve your adorable pumpkins in shorts. I froze this morning handing out candy at Boo at the Zoo, it was 34 degrees when I got there but felt cooler then that.

Bernadette- Good luck with the costumes.

Tammi - Hugs to Nicholas on the game, Brandon's game yesterday was similar, they lost by one point in the final seconds, who would have thought that in pee wee football the oposing team would score a touchdown and the point after with 32 seconds left on the clock

People in our community are confused as to when to go TOT, my neighborhood was supposed to be tonight but the kids showed up last night, tons of them, if any show up tonight I don't have anything to hand out, I may go to the store and pick up some emergency supplies.

We carved our pumkins yesterday, Brandon did his himself this year and he did a great job. Aubrey helped clean out the pumpkins, she even tasted the pumpkin, I don't think she liked it because she only tried one spoonful, .

We also watched HP and the Goblet of Fire yesterday. Tomorrow night we will watch HP and the Order of the Phoenix. We need to be caught up on all things HP before our Universal trip in December, which will be a surprise for the kids!

I hope everyone has a happy halloween!

We want to catch up on all the HP movies before the new one comes out in a couple of weeks. I've asked to be taken to the movies for my birthday. It opens a couple of days after my birthday.

These are some pictures of our day today:

This is a house we went to. They hire professional decorators each year to do up their yard. They gave each kid a gift bag filled with full sized candy bars, single serving bags of chips...It was amazing and we fit right in

Glynis-I bought this book for Joe for either Christmas or his bday from Amazon. It came yesterday and it is really beautiful. I may even send a copy to my old scout leader-I was an explorer scout in high school-the coed division of boy scouts. Thought you might be interested in it.

I know Joe will love it. He told me he saw an ad in his Boys Life for a special edition of monopoly but we really don't need another monopoly game....I just looked it up-it is 1/2 price on the boy scout site-there is a store close to my office...http://www.scoutstuff.org/BSASupply...CTS&c2=CCORNER&c3=BSA2010&c4=&lv=3&item=24253

Both of them are so cool!!! I'll have to think about the book. I know we would all like it!

How fun!!!!

Our neighbor 2 houses down is renting the house next to us because they are going to tear down their house and rebuild it (mold problems). So they made their house a haunted house. We had heard it was more for teens so we didn't go in. Gene went to bring Lizzy but they had just closed it down.



Kids had a good time tonight. It was cold. I wish I had mittens. I finished Emma's vet costume-she was happy with it and DH finished Joe's Beaker costume. Not too many kids knew who he was but all the adults LOVED him.

My foot is killing me. Time to go take some motrin and go to bed.

Good morning,

Halloween was great here. We had boatloads of trick or treaters! We ran out of treats & had to scavange the kitchen for more at 9pm. The kids trick or treated with their friends & saw lots of others from school. Lots of parents dressed up too so it was lots of fun. (& I was happy because we got lots of snickers which are my favorite & the kids don't like).

Hope you all enjoyed yours as well.


Now I am ready for Christmas!!!!!
