Woo Hoo something to look forward to Our house is 73 degrees and I'm in long pants, long sleeved shirt and a sweatshirt. This just isn't right

I hope you get to feeling 100% before you little arrival comes. You guys must be so excited now. Have you begun to pick out items for her?

Jeff and the girls just left to go to home depot to get some pink paint for the toy cabinet he built for their room. I was taking a break from sorting through the girls clothes. I will probably have to buy Olivia some pants before winter is over, but that is about it. Now the twins thats a different story, I have found a few things here and their in clearance but, most of that is 6 months and up. summer stuff.

I decided I would venture into Katie's room to vaccuum..well that led to moving some things around..which led to actually cleaning, dusting, & throwing alot of stuff out!

I must have dragged out a ton of paper, old magazines, school papers from last year & just plain cr@p. How do they accummulate so much stuff! Well it is clean as can be right now & I am happy!...

It's a chilly 83 degrees here..this is the 1st day that it has been below 90 since June!!

Jennifer (bear) we stoped into a dollar queen today and they had children plastic craft aprons. That could be something to look for when getting the girls craft stuff for Christmas.

I wish it was a chilly 83 here, it never even reached 60 today. Ugh can you say COLD!! (i'm freezing)

Olivia has a plastic apron for when she paints. I found a princess art smock at big lots for Virginia.

I wish I had known! Were going to get there tomorrow afternoon, go to the dinner at the hotel, then sleep haha..i have NEVER been to washington DC so i feel like I need to make another trip! and I would love to see you guys again!!

I'm glad that your ready. I know that you put it off for a long time. I can't believe that you've made it this far. I'm truly excited for you.

I've taken it pretty easy today. I sat here and did our budget, paid bills and sorted through mail. I also applied for a few more jobs. I called on the school receptionist position and it has not been filled yet so fingers crossed that I'm at least considered.

Finally found out that the fiasco last night was because an elderly person wandered off from a nursing home. They did find him but it sure was scary not knowing what was happening.

It would have been nice if they had sent someone around last night or announced it over the radio or something.

Nicholas is at the race in Richmond with his dad, so Alyssa and I had girls night. She picked what was for dinner and we watched The Last Song. It didn't get great reviews but I enjoyed it. Then we went to our local ice cream stand for a nightcap.

When I really stop and think about what we, as a nation, went through that day, the feelings are just as raw today as they were then. Always remember. It's not going to stop. It will happen again. We just don't know when or where.

I know, I cant stop thinking about it either. i cant believe it has been 9 years..in some ways, it seems that it was just yesterday but in some ways it feels like it was so long ago
