Checking in...thanks for the kind words on FB. The lithotripsy went well....they blasted the stone and took out both stents...making Bill a very happy man since the stents were driving him crazy.

His sugar levels are still sky high...so today it is off to the endocrinologist. 2 weeks of nothing but hospitals and doctors....wears on the nerves! The nurse thinks he will be put on injectible insulin.

Hope everyone is doing well...or as well as they can!

I am very glad that they lifted the "boil" order in the Boston area. Kathrin had nasty water to deal with both at home and at work. She said the grocery stores in her area were all out of bottled water.

I am taking Kristin to get a manicure this morning. Tomorrow she and Ashley are getting pedicures for their trip that begins Thursday. They are so excited to be going to WDW together. alone. without me.

I was under the boil at work. My office is being very cautious. They won't lift the "controls" until they get tests that come back clear. Of course our office is on a list behind lots of other more important places (like hospitals, elderly housing, schools....) for testing. BUT...I don't have to worry about that because I won't be back for a week!!!!

I swear that's what this device looks like.

I bet it costs more than a coffee filter....

I've read through the last few days of posts....hugs and prayers all around.

On Saturday we had these amazing friends spend a ton of time helping us move....we didn't get done really until yesterday and not even close to what I wanted to be but when the agent came by to pick up the keys he told me to stop cleaning, so I did....oh my heck the trash I ended up taking out of my house. We stuck most of our stuff into a 10X10 storage unit....stuffed but still in there. The girls and I are in a room about the same size...it's a good thing we like each other.

Somebody asked.....my mom lives in Maryland and while I made sure Abi was fine with the decision I have had amazing peace with this decision. I believe if we stayed here in Colorado I would have stayed with the known no matter how disfunctional it is/was.

Change will be good for all 3 of you!!!

I was the health teacher at school today. That went better than I had envisioned. I didn't have any 8th grade classes so I didn't have to teach sex ed I did have to teach 6th graders about alcohol, but it was Hunter's class.

Apparently there is a man driving by the school frequently in a maroon Rav 4 that has raised suspicion. The police pulled him over and described him as "simple" and said that he had bags of candy on his seat That man does not want to drive by my house. I'm the overprotective parent that would open up a can of whoop *** on him. So if you read about a crazy Vermont lady attacking a Man in an SUV you'll know why

I'm off to work again in a few minutes. I'll be glad to see this day end. I didn't sleep well at all last night, I'm not sure that I actually slept I bet I will tonight.

You've reminded me I forgot to ask Lizzy about the movie she saw in school today.

That is pretty scary. Simple doesn't mean he's not dangerous.

I'm all packed.

Made Joe a pair of PJ shorts tonight. I guess it has been a while since I've sewn. I couldn't get the machine to work and was ready to give up when I realized that the presser foot wasn't plugged in.

I need to print out some copies of the Color Coded Matrix of Fun.

I might make Joe a few autograph cards....well not really make them-just print a few of some of the designer's cards....

We should be able to see Lotso from Toy Story 3. I wonder if he'll be strawberry scented.

$112 is the "full" price. I think there is some incentive where you can get them for $102. My guide didn't call me back today, so I will harass him tomorrow.

Ouch. I've been looking at the Timeshare Store, where they are running between 80-84. What I really need to do is sell my SS pts and buy AKL ones.

I know. If the guide had called me yesterday and caught me in the heat of the moment I probably would have told him to write up an add-on for us. Now I am kind of over it. DH doesn't want to spend the money (that stems from him wanting to buy accessories for the new Nikon).

I am a little confused on the BLT tour. I want to do the tour just because they are giving away some cool bags and pins, and just to see BLT. I am not clear on the incentives if you add on at the tour. I think it may just be for adding BLT, which we don't want. And BLT is going for $120 per point.

DVCNews says there is a $10 per point incentive for current owners who add 50 points at AKV, which would bring it down to $102. IF we could get the $900 gift card with it, that is essentially another $18 per point back. If we could get Dec. UY, and 2009 points, I would be VERY tempted. I told DH if we add on we can do 15 nights AKL concierge next year. Which would be a big old nightmare to book, but I will worry about that later.

I am in the midst of home improvement projects. In July it will be a year since we have been here & it's nice to see this place turn from a house to a home. The kids are in the middle of their end of year tests & soon school will be out...can't believe how fast time goes.

I am looking forward to our last Disney trip on this AP this summer. We certainly got our money's worth on it. Next year we will be skipping WDW & hopefully be back 2012 when all the work in Fantasyland should be done.

Yes, but you would get 1% in whatever you charge to VISA to use in rewards, essentially being another gift card.

I just can't justify the additional expense right now, not to mention the additional maintenance fees. My next major purchase is going to be a new vehicle.

$50 in reward dollars for a $5000 add-on. Not as good as a $900 gift card.

Since I am about to wage war on the neighbor I am going to hold off on more points in case we end up moving and suing the property company and/or the neighbor.

They are in blatant violation of Section 20 of the lease. The leasing office can make them comply, or not. If not, then obviously the lease terms are completely negotiable and I can move out whenever I feel like it. But first I will contact the corporate office and let them know that I will sue them to recover my relocation costs. I might also sue the neighbors in civil court just to inconvenience them.
