I LOVE, LOVE the Food & Wine. I wish we had more than one day. Too many places to stop at and enjoy the food and good drinks.

I am just happy to be able to use my Get a Disney Day pass after our cruise.

Okay here is today's update. The Dr came in around 8:00 this morning so I was able to sneak up their to see what he had to say. My dad is severely anemic. His hemoglobin is 8 norm is 12 to 15. So now we have a Gastrointestinal Dr coming to see him. he order an abdominal ultrasound and a colonoscopy. We should get the biopsy results some time tomorrow afternoon from the lung biopsy they did yesterday afternoon.

I posted this on the biggest loser thread, but I might as well share my weigh loss flaws with you guys too.

Confession time

I have been doing so well staying on track, but stress got the better of me today and I had a few things tha I wouldn't have otherwise. Tomorrow is a new day.

I am Program Director for a local lacrosse program. Yesterday and Today I had to get 6 teams up and running, registrations, roster, etc. etc. etc. On top of that we found out that we no longer qualify for state medicaid as a secondary insurance for our boys (remember the brain tumor) I have no idea what that will mean for healthcare costs in the future. MIL called and needs help moving THIS SATURDAY.

I have now created a database for the program so I won't have much to enter the next few days as more forms come in. The first practices went well and people are already commenting on how smoothly this is going opposed to previous years. There is nothing I can do about the insurance, it is what it is. I just hope the Obama makes things better for all of us. MIL will get DH, but only when he is NOT busy with things we already had planned.

I am planning to go back to work Fulltime in September so today just emphasized the need. I'm going to watch the dvr'd idol show from tonight and unwind and give myself a break.

Wow, I thought it was just pneumonia, obviously there must be more going on that concerns the doctors.

Bernadette, I love your photos! Emma has such an expressive face. I can't believe that she is 7! I also love all the outfits that you made for the trip and the autograph book.

My kids have a half day today for parent/teacher conferences. The spring conferences are only for those who the teacher feels a need to talk to, so I don't have to go to a conference. I think I'm taking them out to lunch and maybe running to Target to look at some shorts. They both are going to need them this summer, and usually I wait too long. Once the weather starts getting warm around here, the shorts will be completely picked over, and it will be hard to find them in the right sizes/colors.

I bought Joe some shorts last week at Target. I may have learned my lesson not to wait til a day or 2 before a trip to see if my child has grown. Last year I did have trouble finding the color/size I wanted for him but this year I got them when their stock was full and they were on sale! I also had a Target coupon that I got online-save $5 on their brand of kids clothes. I never knew they had store coupons online. I read about them on the Dis.

Heidi-are you going to the F&W fest toward the end? I think that is when the weekends get really crazy busy-especially at night with lots of drunk locals and LONG lines in the restrooms. I was there for the last weekend it was open in 2007 and I was nervous I would loose Lizzy it was so crowded. We decided to leave. I would try to go during the week. I've also read that they tend to open the world showcase a bit before 11am so you might want to hit the world showcase right when it opens.

I am glad to read Bernadette's warnings and your intent to only go during the week, Heidi. The weekends can get really crazy. I would also suggest trying to be there as soon as they open. It is very quiet that that time of the day and you can get yourself a great lunch before the crowds arrive!
